BIG NO TO OYO...Let's start the horrible and worst experiences with OYO. We booked a room in a hotel during our Chandigarh visit believe me one hotel can change your opinion about the city. I stayed with my family me ,my wife and two kids booked with OYO hotel in chandigarh (Nayagaun- as per OYO this is in Chandigarh), booking ID W4T76607 in OYO 7372 Platinum Inn from 15th to 18th April. As per picture it was shown in OYO website was very nice Bed rooms, but in actual it was very Small confined room, room had very narrow space.In our first day we raised 6 complaints to OYO but there was no call back and any responses from them. Have reported to OYO customer assistance by multiple times to change the hotel , but not a single response is received from the OYO help desk even after 48 hours of registration of complaint.
Now coming to the original horror dream with this hotel.Their washroom seems like public toilet at roadsides .Room was full of mosquitoes, Even no basic animities were there in this hotel like toilet paper,water,proper flush,soap, dustbin, doormat,table/ chair ,tv (only for show),phone (only for show)and forget about the cleaning. If power went then you have to stay without electricity. Their room lock was also not working. We always ask someone to open and close the lock from desk.
From our view this is not a family hotel. We used to come to the hotel at night only and whole day i left my family at My friend's home in sector 22.
In our 2 days stay no one came from them to ask where if we need anything like water, tea or anything. Whenever we required any towel my kid suppose to go there and ask the same. They even not ashamed of their pathetic service.
This room cost is not more than Rs. 100 for single day and only a bachelor can stay.
My experience was really pathetic. OYO services is really very deplorable.

Read moreMust see this before going here, It was worst experience of my life, hotel staff is least cooperative , they made me stand for two hours on hotel reception and didn't allow me to check in as I had done payment online and you know what they said - you've paid online and we don't get the amount which you've paid. If they don't accept online services then why did they tie up with OYO, it was so annoying and after this they asked me to cancel booking and pay offline which was triple times the online amount. It was quite disgusting to wait, also after getting room the service was not upto the mark and at midnight there was no electricity supply till four hours and no electricity backup (inverter), also at night when there was no electricity I opened my door and a cat came inside the room at midnight it was horrible. Read moreStayed at this property room no. 205 on yesterday. Rooms were unclean, and linen was foul smelling. The hotel was such a rubbish that they even don't had the blankets available for their guests.||Their staff is unprofessional, even they don't have the knowledge of operating the common things. There is no standard of toiletries. Even being informed well in advance the doors were locked and we had to wait there.||Never choose to stay at this property as it is faraway from the bus stand.
