Hotel Sunshine — Hotel in Punjab

negative rating not possible on google so giving 1 star. the place is some 20 year old building and not maintained. the kitchen is infested by rats. the water bottles are on payment basis. the beds stink. the food we ordered was not as per the instructions. looked like something ordered from some local dhaba.... the utensils were not properly washed and we had to ask to replace them. now comes the main feedback. we booked the hotel for 4 nights but looking at the pathetic condition, we thought of checking out. told the owner Ankur about checking out 24 hours in advance but he said that we need to pay for all 4 nights even if we check out early. in our 2 nights stay we just ordered 4 aloo parantha in the breakfast and 5 water bottles, the total bill for this was rs 1010. paid the amount since we didnt want to argue with a totally illogical fellow. request everyone not to book this place for your...

Very poor quality and the owner is very cheap and worst.. the ugliest abusing word is smaller in front of him. The cheapest hotel seems ever in my life... Please never book this hotel. It is much better to sleep on the road in place of this hotel. They do not provide water and if you fill your water from there canper they charge 50 rs. Is this the policy of hotel to not provide normal filter water to the guest Even the supreme court said that every hotel and restaurant should provide free filter water but the hotel owner looks from another planet. Worst experience ever. The hotel has only one staff member and that's suresh. He never bothers to attend room service call. When you go to reception, he says "bhavou se baat karlo, kamra Maine thodiya diya hai" That's talk to manager, I am no one, which is actually true.Dirty bedding. Smells like it's not washed since 10 years. Worst rooms with pluster dust coming down all the time. In this hotel u can have good number of houseflies in any season. The manager has a street dog(not house bound) who has right to go in any room at anytime. I recommend, better to stay on open road than...
