K.Surpal'z Motel — Hotel in Punjab

Worst food in entire India. Staff and owner was abusive. We ordered aloo jeera, dal fry, shahi paneer, lassi, plain roti

Dal fry - worst than a sambar cooked a millennium ago and was like an Algae cannot be eaten. Was not even seasoned with spices (tadka) as it was conveyed by staff at time of order.

Shahipaneer - puree of dish was like hell and was full of sour tomato and on complain they didn’t say anything but fought at billing. Paneer itself as a piece was ok.

Lassi- curd odour was smelly and chach was full of salt as hell we complaint it too

Roti - was not even cooked and served raw and cold dead

We didn’t even touched 65% of food and kept on conveying to staff about the problems but on billing there owner just denied the problems that’s why u didn’t say it on earliest.

No knowledge of how to cook food with even spices. So lets not even talk about seasoning.

Note:- Don’t Go with Family as they all are abusive and don’t even entertain you properly as they think they are favouring not serving you.

We even got ready to pay for both aloo jeera, two dals and all roti’s and 7 out of 12 lassi’s as we took a sip from 7 of them .

Well, the customer service was decent. When we had a pit stop there to have our lunch a buffet party was going on inside the motel and there wasn’t anyone to attend to us. Later the waiter took our order post our discussion with the manager. Food was served with minimal waiting time, quality was fair enough.
