PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING AND CHECK-IN IN THIS HOTEL ‼️SPECIALLY INDIANS THEY ONLY BEHAVE GOOD WITH FOREIGNERS.. Pathetic experience I had in Radisson blue first they said 9990 after applying some offer please pay 8500 we paid and checked in then the mini bar was not working ac wasn't working, after 2 hours when we came to reception (for including buffet dinner ) miss chandani (Radisson manager) came and behaved very bad with us said: u only paid 8500? And said to her staff tumne room itne me kyu Diya inko? (Although she was the one who said another receptionist to give us a room and take the amount) she knew everything but suddenly she behaved very bad I have all the recording as I'm a vlogger I record everything. She said the room is 10k pay that. we said ok tell us the total amount but why your behaviour is so rude it's your fault. and your unprofessional behaviour. Your staff said to pay 8500 because there's an offer or something, u were there with the staff why didn't u checked earlier and we are checkd-in from last 2hours why u didn't said a word then? your reception manager and you were giving us room that time u said it's an offer or something u have to pay 8500/- as we don't have any issue with 8500 or 10k but she was very rude she said don't call me unprofessional you can leave now check-out now ( she said to checkout at 10-11pm) loudly to us,,we get so upset as we are the guest we supposed to enjoy our trip we agreed to check out because she was saying to checkout now then we packed our luggage,, she (CHANDANI) came to our room and said I will not give your money back checkout now but I will not give your 8500/- I have all the recording of chandani I have all proofs how she was behaving with a guest in such a big hotel, we stayed in almost all 4-5star hotels they are so polite and Every hotel staff must be polite to you because you are a guest and paying a good amount for your comfort. Then she was talking to some staff manager on call I said please allow me to talk to them I want to tell my problem to him she said no I willnot. u check out now I will not give money then I said I have all the proof and recoding how u behaved suddenly she said ok take the amount and check out now. Then she said to some staff to go in the room and check each n every thing ( in some code language)( I recorded that conversation also)as I purchased some big nuts bottle from mini snack section ( I paid for that ) then suddenly she came and said u have used other bottle also mini bottle of nuts ( it was packed with loose seal) ( what she showed me) I said I purchased 1 big nuts bottle (even though I forgot that purchased nuts in room after checking out,because it was not a big thing to remember) but she kept for forcing and said:no u used 2 bottles.I said why would I lie to you I can pay for both If I used that one, when I can pay for 500 for big bottle why will not I pay 200-300rs for mini bottle after using. But the main thing was she was forcing the 2nd nut bottle on me and shouting like I robbed her nut bottles. My point was why would I pay for the thing I didn't even used?.. I only used 1 big nut bottle and paid for it. She was trying to defame me by saying I'm lying to her. Then I said: when I can book 10k per night hotel,when I can buy big nut bottle,I can give tips to staff why I will lie for such a small nut Bottle that hardly costs 300/- she (chandani)rudely said: agar aap 10k ka room leti to aise ladti nahi she wanted to provoke me imagine a staff receptionist saying you harsh thing like this to provoke you and then I shouted loudly because she was trying to blame us for the fault she did. Read moreThe best 5 star experience I have ever had on every level. As a Platinum Marriot member I have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and this is truly a 6 Star hotel in comparison. The owners of Radisson Hotels should be impeccably proud of their staff. I was sent to the Radisson due to some unforeseen circumstances over a delayed flight for 2 days and it turned out to be the best hotel experience of my 2 decades of travel.
Front Desk Staff The front desk staff dealt with an extremely difficult situation with many angry guests due to a 2 day flight delay which they had nothing to do with. At every point the staff were polite, professional and understanding, even when being screamed at by other passengers. They truly went above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen. AMAZING PATIENT AND SUPERBLY PROFESSONAL
Chefs The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was by far the most amazing food I have had in my life. Not one dish on the buffet was not spectacular. The quality and presentation of the food was like nothing I have experienced. I happily stayed in the hotel for 2 days looking forward to every meal. I happily put on 3kg during my stay here. The best chefs in any kitchen I have ever been too. CONGRATULATIONS
Restaurant Staff Now that was service beyond service. At every point the wait staff were super friendly and happy to oblige you to anything. Nothing was too much and their training and want to make you enjoy your stay was by far the best I have ever experienced. A super special thanks to Japsimran who truly is a master of 5 star service. At every turn he was there to make sure you were enjoying your meal, understood every dish and was a really lovely guy. THANKS TO YOU ALL
Cleaning and Maintenance Staff The rooms and hotel were spotless. I’ve never in my life stayed in such a clean and well-maintained hotel. At every turn you could honestly eat of the floor it was so clean. The shared toilets look like were polished every ten minutes and the room was a joy to lay down and digest my delicious food. The best cleanest bathrooms I have ever used. This was amazing. GREAT JOB
Security and front door staff Polite, friendly and very well presented. Standing out in the cold for hours they all maintained an extremely professional demeanour. Friendly greetings and smiles every time I came out and extremely thorough.
Its honestly an honour to write this review and as a foreigner in India this was a complete unexpected shock. The staff managed to turn an unwanted delay and difficult situation into an amazing experience. Thank you so much and look forward to my next stay. WELL...

All hotel guests are fed up with minibar. NO MINERAL WATER BOTTLES AT THE PROPERTY. Please check everyone's reviews on this unless the fake reviews by the hotel. NO HOSPITALITY.
I stayed in Radisson Jalandhar and next in Radisson Amritsar. Please always stay in Jalandhar, DO NOT COME TO AMRITSAR. My Room is 912. Junior SUITE room. No amenities. I had to order them separately and they brought on request. I think at least suite rooms are offered with amenities. There was no bathing towels, NO MINERAL WATER, and NO Tissues in the tissue box. I am travelling with my wife, daughter and maid so I informed them that Maid will also stay but it should not be a problem as I have paid twice the amount of normal room so adjust her. And being a fellow hotelier I thought they will oblige and give respect. I am also a HRANI member which this hotel is also but what a disgrace and instead they are charging for even breathing in the hotel. If I wanted without informing them I still would have taken the maid to our room so my advise to all, DO NOT BE HONEST WITH THE HOTEL STAFF. The front desk manager Mr Amarjit or Amar pal here needs to learn a lot about hospitality and guest relations, maybe they did not teach in his hospitality school. So maybe the management can keep more experienced and learnt staff.
Anyways anybody reading this please make sure you never stay and if you do because of the flight purpose, choose another hotel in amritsar that's much better, this hotel is living off on its location and nothing else. And anyone from the hotel staff of reads, please for god sake change the name of the hotel at least, give it to someone else or if possible hand it over to me, if feasible for me I will buy and run this property no problem, then you see the difference in running. The problem is never about money, it's about respect. Anyone staying in 5 star can pay, but they seek for respect and facilities which clearly you fail...
