The Firangipani Country Resort — Hotel in Punjab

Dear sir. I one of the customer firanagi pani.. I have vouchers issued by Athorised owners or persons of firangi pani and i m purchasing them from last tree years regularly. I don't want any relief or any other thing. It's just a compliment but you can take it as a complaint against you hair cut manager I don't know his name.... Know m explain whole thing We enter at your firangi pani with our botels sardar ji (manger) told us about charges for opening my botels . After some discussion we agree to pay.. We enjoyed and payed my bill after coupan discounts. Then we want to use your swimming pool. Then your staff had not given us permission to use swimming pool as we agree that timing of that is 10 to 6 and that time timing was around 6 . 5. We agreed. Then we just clickef some photos and after that we ready to move home. Just before going your hair cut manager was taking meeting with your staff in park.. In between we went to him for last hand shake he start argument without any matter and told us that ( koi bhi kuch bhi keh de tumhe firangi pani main gusne nhi dunga) this was his wording . I have also told like( ye koi tumhari personal property nhi hai we r paying that's why we r here).. Or jo bhi maine bola ye sab sach hai. Aap apne cctv camera check kr sakte hai.. Agar aap bologe nhi ana we will never come again at firangi pani.. But it's not fare a manger is saying this..... Wo have to manage people's like us... We r waiting for your response either...

Had been a regular client of FP for leisurely weekends, but my last stay was a great disaster as if we have landed in a totally different resort: a)At check-in they asked for full room rent, we despite being a regular client. b)The room had a Hot water kettle that was full of boiled tea & milk. b)In dinner we asked for Chana chaat without potatoes for starters but the arrived dish was full of potatoes. c) A cockroach was marinated in the Chana chaat & when we showed the same to the duty person, in spite of regretting the same he started arguing that it may have come & marinated itself on the table only. e) We got the served daal tasted by the duty person & asked for his views....it was full of salt as if they had put daal in a salt dish. f) After dinner the duty person brought cash bill without being asked for & forced us to pay in cash. g)In the morning, for breakfast they didn’t have any menu with breakfast items. h)When we ordered Aloo puri & Aloo paranthas…they took 40mins to prepare. The paranthas that came were soggy crust as if they were using frozen ones & are reheated. When asked about additional one, they again took more than half an hr as if they went to the market for the potatoes.

This thing happened despite of the fact that there were hardly any people for night stay in the resort & just a family came at dinner time….Looks like something is very wrong with the...

Place was amazing situated on NH1 near Punjab Boarder when going towards rajpura from Ambala. Food menu is bit costly. On the other side Food is amazing I must say it very tasty we ordered mashroom kali mirch, mutter methi malai and chicken lababdar with strawberry shek which cost us apprix 1400/- . We have their voucher kit with us with the help of this kit we redeemd 500/- from that kit voucher and we have to pay 900/- only. So i suggest if you also have their voucher kit with you then you can enjoy with your family other it costs you much expensive.
