It is the first time when it has become necessary to pen down review for a resort stay because it was a horrible experience. First of all as far as the approach to the resort is concerned, it is located at a place where it is almost impossible to reach without assistance. Being a resort of such high repute, approach to the resort should be such that the guest can reach the place easily and conveniently. However, there is no road built for reaching the resort. Coming to the physical condition of the resort, it is in very poor shape. the property is not maintained which is clearly evident from the moment the guests enter the property. Broken showers, old and out dated TV/AC and other electronic appliances, broken toilets are few instances which prima facie makes it clear that no efforts are being made for better service to the customers. Now coming to the room services, first of all it needs clear mention that there is not sufficient staff at the property and those present at the property are not properly trained and also they are not at all prompt. The cost charged for the stay does not matches with the facilities provided because neither there are basic things available in rooms like door mats, washed towels nor were they available when repeatedly asked for. During the stay, one of the pipes in the toiled broke and they were not able to provide for assistance and this caused lot of inconvenience. Now coming to the food, we had taken dinner and breakfast at the property. Both of them were of below average category. The breakfast as captioned was complimentary but it was such bad in nature that we had to resort to the bread butter basics which were not cooked up at the resort. As far as dinner is concerned, the kitchen and hotel staff was so casual to the order that they forgot to deliver the food even after it was prepared and it was only after an hour when we called again the food was delivered. The general things observed at the resort like the crockery, water bottles at the rooms, toiletries were all of below average category hotels. They are not at all upto the level of a luxury resort as is promised and offered by the resort people. In all, my review for the stay is that the services and resort infrastructure is of below average category and food offered is also not at all upto the mark, rather it was almost tasteless. In conclusion, I would like to state that I have no reason to visit this property again and also I have no reason to suggest this property to some one...

OM SINGH RATHORE.. served the best hospitality ever... All thanks to him for making the stay at ease... Staying in a vast property with theme-based villas, lush green gardens, and an aesthetic ambiance is nothing short of a dreamlike experience. The moment you step in, you are greeted with a refreshing burst of nature—vibrant flowers, neatly manicured lawns, and winding pathways that lead to uniquely designed villas, each telling its own story.

Every villa, built around a specific theme, transports you to a different world—perhaps a royal Rajasthani haveli with intricate jharokhas, a Balinese retreat with open-air baths, or a vintage English countryside cottage with cozy wooden interiors. The attention to detail in architecture and décor enhances the immersive experience, making every corner Instagram-worthy.

Mornings begin with the soft chirping of birds and a misty sunrise filtering through the trees. Walking barefoot on the dew-kissed grass feels like therapy, and the fresh air instantly rejuvenates the soul. The sprawling gardens, lined with fountains and cozy seating nooks, provide the perfect space to unwind with a book or a warm cup of coffee.

As the day unfolds, the property offers multiple activities—perhaps a dip in a lavish pool, a nature walk, or simply lounging in a hammock beneath the shade of old banyan trees. Evenings are equally magical, with warm lanterns lighting up the pathways, a soft melody of instrumental music playing in the background, and the scent of fresh flowers wafting through the air.

Dining in such a place is an experience in itself—whether it's an al fresco meal under a canopy of twinkling fairy lights or a themed dining setup that complements the villa’s vibe. Every bite feels richer, enhanced by the serene surroundings and the impeccable hospitality.

Due to some travel issues on 19th March I reached to resort by 3:00 PM after checking I found my room is very dirty and TV model of 1999 very very old and that was not even working. May be after 2 hours they have fixed this. In my bath room there was no towels and there are used toiletries some used masks were also there. Try to imagine what I have felt with my kid and my wife. After follow up 1 hours they have changed towels and toiletries. While bathroom was wet and all the foist was leaking. I complain them Even they told they will change my room even though they did not. Later my AC was sounding like big motor can not even sleeps in after noon and night. I am attaching audii sound from room also. There was mosquitoes in my room no hygiene was maintenance in resort everywhere camel potty my 5 year boy 3 times make his clothes and shoes dirty. Yesterday I had tried to call MMT when resort was listening, but I was not able to reach you may be due high volume call, even you can check my call history also so I tried to create ticket and the opt the option for call back request and earliest date was Monday. I need to manage my KID also we also travelled from Jaipur. I have booked non-veg gala dinner and there was no snacks for non veg there was only one which was mutton.. in break fast they do even had brown bread. Over all very bad food experience. It was in outside city so there were no option for order from swiggy or Zomato. So other option to adjust when we try to order from mean they said they will

overall experience was pathetic please refund my money to spoil my weekend with my family.
