We have paid for all the rooms. You are only trying to save your image by portraying us in a false negative way. Don't try to be sarcastic by saying that we were trying to accommodate 10-15 people in one room. This statement itself sounds impossible. Your staff has a way to exaggerate things and lie to you. We had 5 people of one family in one room. So please double check before accusing us. We were never told about the capacity of Deluxe room. You only told us that you will provide mattereses but never specified that for each room only one is allowed. You made sure to hide this rule from us. In the beginning you had only told us that the occupancy of suite room is 8 people, kindly explain that if occupancy is 8 and bed is for 3 and you only provide 1 mattress, where are rest of the people supposed to sleep? The elderly people had to sleep on sofa that night. Related to the night shift staff - when we asked for mattress, his response was - who sleeps at this time, it's near to checkout time. And it was only 5am. We all are aware that Indian weddings usually wrap up till early morning. So what your staff said was definitely rude and inappropriate. This is not the first time we are staying in a resort. And by experience, I can confirm that you do not provide good services. I visited Alwar Mortal Restaurant last week with my entire family, including my 3-month-old daughter, for dinner. The service was very poor in terms of serving and the availability of a waiter at our table. At that time, there were hardly two tables booked, including ours.

Only one waiter was available, and he seemed disinterested in doing his job, giving the impression that he was just waiting for us to leave. My daughter was crying, so my wife couldn't have dinner properly.

We decided to pack the remaining food, but they said they had only one container (a plastic box) and couldn't pack all the food. Additionally, the waiter even didn't provide a finger bowl for hand washing after the dinner and Hand towel (Basic amenities)
