A Truly Memorable Stay at Bijapur Lodge

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Bijapur Lodge for one night with our youngest daughter, and it was an experience we will cherish forever. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional.

The team at Bijapur Lodge made us feel incredibly welcome, taking care of every little detail to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to providing top-notch hospitality. Our room was beautifully appointed, clean, and had all the amenities we could need for a relaxing stay.

One of the highlights of our visit was the safari tour. The staff's suggestion for an experienced guide (Chintu) was perfect. He had passion and knowledge about the area, turning the adventure into an unforgettable experience where we managed to sight 3 leopards. His expertise, coupled with their genuine enthusiasm, made the safari both exciting and educational. Our daughter was thrilled, and we created memories that we will treasure for a lifetime.

We would highly recommend Bijapur Lodge to anyone looking for a unique and memorable getaway. Fantastic !

We landed up booking the place on the go without too many expectations but little did we know that we were in for a blissful experience.

Firstly we landed up very late. Almost at about 10 at night. They were kind enough to send a hotel gypsy midway to escort us. As we entered the hotel, the drive in itself gave us fantastic feels and as we stopped at the main porch, the entire management was present to welcome us with beautiful warm smiles at 10 in the night.

While most other individual boutique setups in such offbeat locations would want you to quickly eat and call it a night, the team here didn’t flinch for a second telling us that dinner shall be served whenever it is that we want. All smiles. They then went ahead and set up a table for us next to the pool as they ‘overheard’ one of us mentioning the idea of a beer by the pool before dinner. There were two team members stationed at a quiet distance who would appear out of nowhere the moment one of us looked around. I have travelled around and at a very places one gets to see such attentiveness. Dinner was served with the same enthusiasm and was lovely.

What really blew our minds is what happened the next day. As we were sadly leaving, the entire management was once again standing to see us off, with a lovely departure ceremony. As we got into our car we realised that it had been cleaned to a shine from the muddy state that we had brought it in. Without asking! A handful of establishments don’t charge you for cleaning the car but to get it done without even asking for it was yet again a very attentive gesture.
