Location Perks : This Hotel has a beautiful view. It's just right opposite to Ghosunda Dam, which is a popular tourist destination. It's just 30-35 minutes away from the Chittorgarh Fort. And all the other tourist destinations are within the radius of 15-35 mins from this hotel.

About the Hotel : As I'm writing this review it's around 6-7 degrees celsius. It's really cold during winters. However the staff is pretty much equipped with heaters in the rooms and if you are sitting in the garden area and enjoying barbecues in cold they will even light a bon fire and make you feel comfortable. They have maintained this hotel so beautifully and perfectly that you won't find an opportunity for any complains. However as a tourist you look first for hygeine when staying in any hotel so let me throw a light on this important part, the rooms including the lobby areas are ultra clean so all the precautions regarding cleanliness and hygiene is well taken care of. Hospitality wise the staff is genuine and they are extremely co-operative. Also, if you are going here try mostly to book Super Deluxe or Executive Room because these rooms offer that royal feel that you look for when you come to Rajasthan. It's the best place, if you are coming with families or friends. I assure you, you will have a fun time and comfortable stay here. It's also worth mentioning that traditional dishes served here are very tasty and if you're also looking to have those special Rajasthani Food I am sure you won't regret...

FRAUDSTERS Visited the property in dec 2021.As per photos on online booking sites and the promises made by mr shailender, the manager of the property, even on telephone the rooms were supposed to be clean and sanitized and that we were going to get a garden room which opens in the garden. We were again sent photos on watsapp to confirm the ground floor garden room however on reaching the property late at night we were sadly disappointed to see the sub standard quality of rooms.The rooms were very dirty, with old and sub standard furniture, had paan stains on floor and walls of the room, the bedcover and linen was torn and dirty and stained. The rooms were full of smoke and were damp and dingy. The electric wires for tv and light shades were dangling out and the tv and lamp shades were not working. The hotel is secluded and far from the main road and we had to look for another property late at night because the rooms were not even clean enough to stay for a night. The rooms are highly over priced (4000). They do not even have an elevator/lift. Despite sharing our concerns with mr Shailendra and staff present, still no resolution was provided by them. And at 8.30 at night we were asked by the hotel manager to look for some other hotel. In the name of heritage property they are just selling "kachra" under the garb that they have just acquired the property 3 months back. Overall rating should not even be 1. Caste Narela is a beautiful resort 2 KMs interior to Udaipur-Chittorgarh highway. It is about 100 KM from Udaipur and 20 Km from Chittorgarh fort. We had the pleasure of staying at this resort recently, which was memorable in every way. This property scores over the others due to its scenic view, lush green lawn, good restaurant and beautiful rooms. The Rooms are spacious with superb comforts with all the modern amenities, but require better maintenance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel staff went above and beyond the call of duty, a perfect stay in every way. The ambiance is good. The hotel is conveniently located in a peaceful area opposite to a water dam. The hotel staffs are extremely helpful and are good hosts. Though the swimming pool is not so clean, they seem to try hard to keep it clean. ||The restaurant is ‘pure veg’, which might be a big disappointment for non-veg lovers! The ‘veggie’ness is not mentioned anywhere. The buffet breakfast is just an average, consist of poori-chole, poha, and bread with egg omelettes!
