Chandra Raj Mahal, Bikaner - Best Restaurant / Best Hotel — Hotel in Rajasthan

This is a new hotel with well designed spaces and welcoming decor located near the older palace hotels, about 15 minutes by cab or tuk tuk to the city's center.. The clean modern rooms offer new furnishings, good wi fi and television, and larger than expected wash rooms with all modern finishes. I really liked the food served here, in a beautiful restaurant space that has an elegant open-air verandah for warmer weather. The vegetarian options were especially good, with some surprising inventiveness (like the cauliflower manchurian) and fresh mango salad. But best of all, every single person on staff is working attentively and eager to help. There will be a beautiful indoor pool on the 3rd floor - it looks completed but not yet operational. I appreciated the care I saw from management to the man who was sweeping water off the parking area at the front gate...

What a wonderful staff! 10 stars for the staff’s hospitality! The manager was very helpful in arranging us a cab when our (me and ma’s) tickets did not get confirmed and went above and beyond to ensure that we feel comfortable. He even suggested us shopping stops where we bought some yummy bikaner snacks. The property has a very royal, peaceful vibe. The rooms are well maintained and have a good view! You can easily plan a vacation or workation and can work from the beautiful sitting areas...

The property is sparkling new and  the moment you enter you get the feeling of being in an heritage property. The architecture, the paintings give you an aura of royalty.

The rooms are comfortable.

The  staff whether at the reception, restaurant or housekeeping are cordial and helpful.

Spent three lovely days at the property and enjoyed every bit of it.
