Ghoomar Hotel & Restaurant — Hotel in Rajasthan

Hotel is adjoining to Granite cutting Factory - Gangsaw machine...... horrible sound...... throughout the night.

We (family with kids) checked in to hotel at 9 pm took two rooms and after few minutes we realised a horrible sound coming from all over specially in my room as it is sharing common wall with the factory. Immediately we asked receptionist how long this gangsaw will work and also to change the room but they refused to change the room..... basically no proper response. As per receptionist and owner of the hotel factory will close by 11 pm..... but nothing happened gangsaw machine was on for the whole night, believe me I tried earplugs to suppress the sound of machine but my effort was an epic fail..... I asked receptionist again in morning why you have not told me the fact about adjoining factory at the time of checkin and it’s working hours.... and when I asked you in night you told that it will stop by 11 pm...... they were just looking at each other’s face.... wrong business ethics to make money one takes room to relax not for harassment like this...... sleep less night, severe headache..... very bad location of hotel not at all recommended........ stay away from this hotel.

Bathroom towels and soap not included in room tariff never heard about this amenity ..... everything was on extra charge.... pillows out of shape..... kitchen area next to room so again a sound like your bed is in pantry..... room 102 and 103 are at pathetic location......

Gang saw machine was working throughout the night and stopped in morning at...

The owner is a cunning man and a cheat …I made a booking over the counter ..firstly he asked more than online price and charged on per person basis !!! …they will ask you how many people are going to stay while taking booking and when you are staying individually and someone joins you (totally 2), they demand for extra payment !!!

They ask you who referred us at the time of booking and demand for more payment in case of reference.

Avoid this hotel ..there are much better hotels available.

Over the counter one person room charge 1000 and for 2 person you charge is 200 additional ….online price for 1 guest or 2 guest is 940

Also there is no bed cover only...

I had an opportunity to stay at this hotel for 10 days in January 2020.The service is fantabulous and quality of food served was extremely delicious. Rooms are exactly as shown on their site.The staff are super courteous and very co- operative.I wish other hotel owners to learn from them how to keep their guest happy and provide all facilities one needs. Be it hot water or clean linen or cleanliness of room every small requirement of a guest was attended on priority.Wish the whole team of hotel Ghumar all the best and keep growing in terms of number of guests and at the same time hope u continue serving the guests with same attention and...
