Disappointing Experience

The room was not at all up to the mark. The staff behaviour was unprofessional and quite rude. There were a lot of mosquitoes, making it really uncomfortable to stay. The bathroom and washroom were extremely unhygienic and dirty, which made the whole experience worse. What’s more disappointing is that when we decided to cancel the booking, the staff asked us not to write a negative review on Booking.com. This kind of request shows they are aware of the poor condition but are just trying to hide it instead of improving the service.
