Very good hotal in -barmer. This was my second visit to the prestigious

Dolphin hotel. Was disappointed last two times as i could not manage entry to the restaurant because all seats were filled. But this time i was prepared and booked a table for five at about 3 Hrs prior to going. It was a special evening so wanted to try this place. Always heard about their live band performances. Got good seats. The restaurant must be having a capacity of 50-60 people maybe. Well lit and classically decorated. Tables chair and cloths might require some changes but all in all very good. The band was playing old classical Hindi songs to lighten up the evening. No Telugu songs that night. Might have a special day for it maybe.

Coming to food. We ordered some starters with drinks. Quantity and quality was good. Decent portion size and little higher rates. Drinks are way too costly Definitely needs a relook.

Main course were okay. Nothing very special here. Prices here again on a higher side.

As i told you it was a special evening and they even got us a small cake for the celebrations. Kind gesture from the hotel staff.

All in all a perfect evening with soothing music. Do visit to have a relaxing time with friends and family. Nice place for arranging parties and seminars. Close to Dadar station and has plenty of space for a crowd of 600 people easily. Has attached building for rooms available for party purpose only. Attended a wedding event at this place. although the hotel is not that bad, my experience was bad if not horrible. I was alloted room 237 which doesn't have any window, only walls like a prison. I asked them to change it, for that I have to wait for half an hour and after that they showed me a roadside room with 2 single beds which has a lot of noise coming from road. I asked them if they had any other room but they denied although the hotel was not full at all. I went back to same room no 237 but didn't knew that more horror is awaiting. I don't know what was behind the walls, central ac unit or water treatment plant or something else, a loud noise was coming from that side whole night and I was unable to sleep peacefully, the only reason I came to this hotel. The service was also not upto the mark as in the morning I told them to send someone to pick my luggage, it taken more than half an hour again that also after reminding them. please check the room carefully before renting it.||On the positive side, this is a big, spacious, neat and clean rooms. The quality of room and bathroom was good too. Indoor pool and Zym was also good but the best thing was the food.
