I recently had the pleasure of visiting Khumani Resort, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Nestled amidst lush greenery and embraced by the serene beauty of nature, Khumani Resort offered a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Accommodation: The resort's accommodation was top-notch. I stayed in one of their cottages, and it was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. The rustic charm of the interiors combined with modern amenities provided a comfortable and cozy stay. The units have coffee and tea making facilities for self-catering along with flat-screen TV for entertainment. The private bathrooms feature a hairdryer and slippers. Moreover, the cottage was strategically positioned, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Hospitality and Staff: The staff at Khumani Resort truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, they made us feel like valued guests. They were always ready to assist with any request and had an in-depth knowledge of the local area, providing valuable suggestions for activities and nearby attractions.
Culinary Delights: The resort's restaurant served a delectable array of dishes. Their menu featured a mix of local and international cuisine, catering to various tastes. Each meal was prepared with care and finesse, leaving our taste buds wanting more. The ambiance of the dining area was inviting, and dining with a view of the picturesque surroundings was a treat in itself.
Nature: Khumani Resort is a paradise for nature enthusiasts. The vast expanse of greenery around the property was a sight to behold. The resort had well-maintained walking trails that allowed us to explore the scenic beauty at our own pace.
Recreational Facilities: The resort offered a range of recreational facilities to keep guests entertained. From a well-maintained Open To Air Roof Top Swimming Pool to large garden, there was never a dull moment.
Khumani Resort is a hidden gem for anyone seeking a tranquil getaway in the lap of nature. With its inviting accommodation, impeccable service, and focus on eco-friendliness, it promises an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend Khumani Resort to fellow travelers and nature lovers seeking a...
Read moreWe visited Udaipur for 4 days towards March 4th week and stayed in Hotel Khumani. We booked the hotel after going through the reviews and we do not regret our decision. Hotel stay was excellent. Rooms are very spacious with lot of space to walk around. They had sofa chair, study desk, wardrobe, small refrigerator. Bathrooms were big, neat and clean. They provide dental kit, soap, shampoo, shower gel etc. They had a very big roof top pool which was very well maintained with shower rooms along. My kids really had a wonderful time playing in pool with mountain background. They serve lavish breakfast with more than 15+ items to choose from. Food is really good. They have ample parking space for cars with a big lawn in front of the Hotel where kids can play. The staff at hotel was very courteous. The service was super fast. Everyone in the staff right from reception to room service to restaurant were eager to help and make our stay comfortable. They also assisted us with specific food requirements for kids. Everyone was very polite and joyful which was very pleasant. The hotel is situated a bit away from the city centre and in a silent locality. If you have your own car/cab then I would definitely recommend to book Hotel Khumani without any second thought. Restaurants, site seeing places, medical, bar etc are just a stone throw away from the hotel. Best Hotel to stay. I am definitely going to stay in the same hotel next time I visit Udaipur again.
One feedback would be to install some kids slides, swings etc. in the lawn for kids...
Read moreDon't be fooled by 5 star bot reviews. This is 2 star hotel at best. Half of the things in the menu aren't available, and the ones that are are surely going to be so disappointing, you'd wish you hadn't ordered them.
Food here is also so overpriced, their marketing team gave us some coupons with a 50% discount, so the bill was 2000 instead of 4000, but the food is so bad that you'd definitely regret paying even 500 for it.
Their marketing team also falsely advertised the hotel coupon scheme about outside liquor, and the hotel staff is so uneducated and unintelligent, that they don't even understand that their job is to provide hospitality, and not fight with the customers about a misunderstanding their own affiliates have created.
Their behavior is probably worse than the location of this hotel, which is so difficult to find. I had to give my friend a custom located pin on Google maps, because the logical entry here is blocked by some garage which make make anyone you invite confused.
When you visit the hotel or restaurant, you'll probably find almost no guests present there, which is a clear indication of how bad the facilities are.
We haven't tried booking a room yet, but if the other reviews about used toiletries are correct, I am sure that they'd probably be even worse than the restaurant services we were unfortunate...
