It was one of the most horrible experience of my life staying in such a hotel... We had booking for four nights while traveling by jaipur we were late & reached the hotel very late night after reaching hotel to get open the door it took 15 minutes to locate the person then... The room was kept alloted to us was given to other guest & person in charge doesn't knew that.... First he did investigation y such thing happened & then he gave us another room it took 30 minutes finally we reached to our room around 2am... When morning we got up & used toilet there was no water coming one of kid got stuck in bathroom to arrange some water they took 45 minutes & temperature in bathroom was more than 45 degree... When enquire about water will come they said by evening 5pm..... We went to bekanair to attend the marrage & first day of marriage function we couldn't attend because of this guys.... Till night they shifted my room for three times 409 201 214 saying some excuse... Over all it's worst hotel & management is not guilty of such issues... I do not suggest anyone this hotel... When you order food sit with one hour time because they take minimum one hour to serve the food.... Complementary breakfast doesn't have any thing to serve poha & aloo parata that cooked in the early hours & kept we should eat as and where as condition no person to attend the breakfast area... Worst worst worst only this I suggest to all others...

I had visited this place on 25th Dec. 16, booked 3 rooms for my family. Rooms are ok but the main issues with this property are as follows :-|1. I booked these rooms through oyo with breakfast (Bharat chandak). At the time of check out they refused oyo tariff and our breakfast too, and gave me stupid excuse that we can not book through oyo.||2. Hot water was not there in any room even after informing to reception also.||3. Their staff said we dont place extra beds in rooms, we just use to drop extra mattress infront of room.||4. We came at 10:20 pm from market and asked dinner at reception, they said plzz order before 10:30 when we went to room and order the same at 10:25 pm, they refused to take dinner order, because their cook doesn't wants to cook. After that we requested them to take dinner from outside. They took for us but 1 chapati was INR 30. ||So in future I am not going to this property for sure not even i recommend to anyone. ||Thank...
