If you’re a corporate traveler, STAY AWAY from this place. While the property might look decent from outside and may be okay for weddings or functions, it’s a nightmare for actual guests.
Rooms are just okay, but the room service is absolutely pathetic. I had to call three times just to get drinking water — and when it finally came, it was in a used plastic bottle, claiming it to be RO water. Are you serious?
There is no proper drinking water facility, no RO, and worst of all — the reception staff is highly unprofessional and most likely uneducated. Especially the night staff — they’re just there for formality. They don’t care, don’t help, and don’t respond.
And yes, if you think of relaxing with a bit of TV at night — forget it. They don’t even have the money to recharge the cable connection. TV was just a display box.
This place had potential, but thanks to the clueless, careless and incompetent hotel team, it’s getting ruined fast.
Honestly, a better name for this place would be:
“Hotel Negligence – Where Service Goes to Die.”
Save yourself the regret. Not...

I have visited 3rd time and had same experience.
First, apart from regular Punjabi items, they have a big manu but all 3 times, they dont have anything in specialized items they have in menu. Today they even told us that they won't able to serve Sandwich as there is no chef of the same
Second, the staff is also naive. We talked to 3 of their staff but no one had any knowledge of menu, available items. We have been denied serving 15 - 20 min after order and reson was same - chef is not available.
Third - there is no control and no management. The staff is listening loud music on their choice without listening to the requests from many tables about loud music and we were not able to talk. At a high dine, open, rooftop restaurant, who plays loud pub music?
Fourth - The staff denied to share any contact number of management .
Overall, it's better to put a fix Punjabi menu with loud Punjabi music and instead of restaurant, put Punjabi dhaba so that customer can order paneer, dal and roti and can enjoy food,...
