We planned to visit Pushkar during the Pushkar Camel Fair and booked 3 rooms at Treebo Raj Garden property from 8 to 10th of November 2019. The same property was available at MMT under the OYO rooms at a much cheaper rates ( though we booked directly through Treebo and they denied any association with OYO--- but the soap packet that we got in the room was marked as OYO.. so no clue)
• Anyways while booking the property there was no terms and conditions as such mentioned but when we visited the hotel, they asked for the balance payment at the time of check-in only. • The rooms were fine with basic cleanliness. The toilets seemed to be newly constructed and thus seem to be clean. • One major missing thing in the room was an electric kettle.. ( and ironically their instruction sheet mentioned that no warming or milk or making maggi in kettle... how could we do that when kettle itself was not available ) • The room service was OK as we ordered only tea and a few plates of basic snacks. • The dinner is not served in the room. You have to order before 9:30 from the ala-carte menu and it is served on the terrace then. So with kids it was a little drawback • The breakfast was very very basic. They served aloo puri and poha on one day and Aloo Chole and Upma on the second day. So if you are looking for an elaborate breakfast you will be totally disappointed. • Though the staff was basically OK but one person whom I would like to mention here is Puneet from the reception who was extremely un-professional and rude. One of the kids happen to break the key cover of the room keys and he asked us to pay for Rs.200. While making full payment for the bill he asked for this 200 in cash and not card. When I asked to give me a slip of this payment he denied very very rudely. He started arguing in a bad tone that I saw in the CCTV that your kid was playing with the keys and he broke it and you will have to pay for it ( I was anyways not denying to pay, but he behaved very-badly). We ordered a plate of French fries in the room and Puneet came to deliver it in the room. I asked him to please cover with a foil as kid was sleeping. Just after 5 mins when I checked the fried they were all burned and soggy. I called on the reception to complain about the same and Puneet came into the room. He said these fries are not burnt and just lying for long time so looking like this. He argued so much that I asked toleave the plate as it is. It was totally un-professional and rude. • The rest of the staff of the hotel was still OK ( not expecting much considering the city)
So overall it was an OK stay like a 1 start type property. Don’t expect much of service, food variety ( though dinner was good and tasty and freshly cooked) and...
Read moreI visit Pushkar in October with my friends for enjoying our Deepawali vacations. We stayed in the hotel raj garden and we all are completely happy with the service of this hotel. I want to give some details because hotel team and services deserve a great apperecian from their after the great service.||||Location: Hotel situated at the main road so there is no issue to find in the street here in there as like jaipur hotels. The location of hotel is not so far from the Pushkar main visited place in fact after reached Pushkar we did not use our vehicle and visit all places by walk. ||||Rooms: We checked-in deluxe rooms due to the front face but the one room is on the other side but that was ok because we want all rooms on the same floor. The rooms are very clean and maintained very well. Bathroom amenities are proper. ||||Service & Food:- The best part of this hotel is the hotel team and their very friendly and cooperative behavior. The service of housekeeping is very quick. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty. In the restaurant, we met their steward, Mr. Sohan. He is an amazing personality and very friendly one more person at reception Mr. Puneet, bro you are very helpful and nice behavior. Read moreElegí este hotel porque cuando lo hice ocupaba el primer lugar en TripAdvisor. Mi desilusión fue total. A nuestra llegada solicitamos unos sandwichs y nos los sirvieron mal y tarde en la terraza cubierta del hotel en una mesa de granito que ho había visto agua y jabón desde el día en que inauguraron el hotel. Pedimos que la limpiaran y le pasaron un trapo sucio y seco que no limpió nada. En la habitación, que parecía nueva, no había un lugar dónde depositar las maletas: tuvimos que colocar una encima de la única mesita baja que había. Solicitamos que nos trajeran "algo" para la otra maleta y vinieron con otra mesita. La cama de matrimonio no tenía más que una mesilla de noche a un lado y al otro estaba el teléfono en el suelo.porque faltaba la mesilla: No había sitio para colocarla. No había caja de seguridad y nos dieron la llave de un armario que tenía una pequeña cerradura. El b año era correcto excepto el suelo que tenía una costra de suciedad que tardaron horas en limpiarlo a nuestra petición y la ventana de ventilación, junto al ventilador, estaba sin cierre con lo que por la mañana hacía frío.||El primer desayuno nos lo dieron de nuevo en la terraza cubierta en una mesa de plástico limpia. Preguntamos que por qué no nos lo servían en el comedor de la planta baja, el que aparece en la web del hotel y no obtuvimos respuesta. El desayuno fue correcto. Nos quejamos en Recepción por servirnos el desayuno en la terraza que estaba sucia, incluso tenía un charco de agua con barro, y al día siguiente nos lo sirvieron en el comedor.||El personal era amable e inepto: no sabían como servir un desayuno y no tenían experiencia alguna de haber trabajado en hostelería.||Había wifi gratuito en la habitación pero carecía de la potencia necesaria para funcionar de día.
