pros:||||Peaceful & clean||Cosy and gud asthetics||Rooms were clean||Staff was polite, humble & Co-Operative||Food was also gud but a little costly.||View from my room was beautiful||Swimming pool||||Cons:||||At a very secluded place from main market of Kumbhalgarh.||||Around 8-10 Km away from Kumbhalgarh fort (on Syra Road).||||Our Taxi (booked at Udaipur railway station) denied to move forward after the Haveli resort near "Ghoda circle"||||No network of any operater weather airtel, vodafone or reliance.||||So no internet as well.||||Not a single shop or man in the vicinity (Na Adam Naa Aadam Ki jaat) even in day time.||||Extremely dependent on hotel staff for any thing u want from toothpaste to local taxi not only because of aloof location but also due to lack of internet and mobile network. So be prepared for the whatever rate they will offer. ||||No Ac at all in the hotel (though it was not required at our time)||||No exhaust fan (washroom was stinking a bit due to this) though it was clean.||||One bathroom sleeper and one wiper to wipe splattered water after bath should be there in the washroom. Absence of these is a bit annoying. Carrying sleeper is a big job for frequent traveller like us.||||I will recommend it only if u have your own vehicle. Though I will not recommend to stay at all in Kumbhalgarh. Better to have stay in udaipur and do a day excursion of Kumbhalgarh. ||A round trip of kumbhalgarh will cost you around 2300-2800 with all site visit including ranakpur temple. However staying will cost you around 1700-1800 in dropping to hotel in kumbhalgarh from udaipur, 500-700 for local visit and 2300-2700 for coming back to Udaipur via ranakpur temple. So staying in udaipur is more Judicious.||||I also heard that the vicinity hotels of Fort also offer complimentory pick and drop from the fort though this facility was not offered by Rajgarh probably because of long distance of around 8-10 km and that cost us around...
Read moreThis is a very good hotel for the price they charge. Many of the hotels around the fort charge exorbitant prices.||The staff is extremely humble and courteous. Rooms are decent, clean and spacious. Amenities are basic but ok.||No hot water in the bathroom at night was a bit of let down but no complains for morning.||Food is pretty good. The buffet that they provide in night was really good and the charges were quite reasonable.||No phone network inside the hotel but it was not a big deterrent for us. In fact, it was peaceful that way :)||The area is a bit secluded and is about 5-6 Kms from fort. But so are most of the hotels and resorts that you will find in Kumbhalgarh. If you have your own vehicle, it shouldn't be a issue. For people travelling without their own vehicle, there will be a dependency on the hotel for arrangements.||For us, it was a stopover between Udaiput to Mt Abu by our own vehicle. Ranakpur temple is also on the way ahead to Mt Abu with a 18kms...
Read moreThe hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. If we were to travel to Prague again, we would definitely stay there again!
It was a wonderful experience. Good hospitality
