Complaint Regarding Hotel Booking at Crimson Park Shripriya Hotel, Nathdwara||Respected Sir ,|| Good Morning||I am Sanjay Thareja, a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with extensive experience and multiple certifications in the fields of finance, taxation, and auditing. My qualifications include a Diploma in Information & System Audit (I.C.A.I), certifications in Forensic Accounting, Fraud Detection, and Concurrent Auditing, as well as expertise in GST compliance and advanced GST practices.||I am also a member of several esteemed committees, including the GST & MSME Committee and the District Level Public Grievance GST Committee, and have served in various capacities within the ICAI, including the Public Relations Committee of NIRC. I am P.President of Income Tax Bar Association ||I am writing to formally bring to your attention an issue concerning my stay at Crimson Park Shripriya Hotel, Nathdwara, during my holy trip with my family on 30th November and 1st December 2024. I had booked and paid for two nights for the specified dates.||Due to an unforeseen emergency, I had to return home on the morning of 1st December, and I could not avail the services booked for that day, including breakfast and dinner. I requested a refund for the unused services from the reception, but my request was refused, citing the hotel’s policy of non-refundable payments.||I respectfully request you to check such type of policy. While I understand that policies are necessary, exceptional situations like mine should be handled with flexibility to maintain goodwill. Refusing refunds in such cases not only reflects poorly on the hotel's reputation but also affects the image of the holy town of Nathdwara.||Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations set by Hotel .||1. No Hot Water available in rooms ||2. No Drinking water was there ||3. Read moreHi I travelled in this Hotel last week in Jan and it was a nightmare. I took 1 room with 3 Bed Room and 1 Extra Bed. It was very cold in Jan and when I asked hotel to send blower in room I was shocked that they don’t provide blower. As we were having 4 people , 1 double bed 1 single bed & 1 Extra bed. Since they did not provide blower I asked them to send 2 extra quilts but again they provided only 1 extra quilt. I need to literally make hot talk to get second extra quilt. On second day in morning it was again a shocker that hot water was stopped in between cold water started. Again I asked how come this ? They did some thing technical and started hot water again. I met one more guest and same incident happened with them also. Then when I went to take breakfast quantity of eatables are very less and it finished quickly and I was waiting for replenishment but long wait , cutlet was not available , Jalebi was cold , when I asked why it is taking so long they told they get Jalebi from outside. It was seriously nightmare , they charge more than 6 k but service is pathetic. The best thing is the location of Hotel & their front view by which I was attracted to this hotel and made reservation.
