Hotel Sunway Resort — Hotel in Rajasthan

3rd class service. ordered aloo Paratha with curd.. curd was very smelly & sour.. jabardast khatta purana dahi jo pata nahi kitne din se rakha hoga with tasteless masala tea & parathe. I asked the service boy, he said kitchen se jo aaya de diya aapko. I somehow had to finish my parathas with achar only. No butter no fresh curd. pathetic experience. Nobody turned up for service recovery. I guess they don't bother for the guest service. Never stop here for food. waste of time, money & energy. Mood kharab hoga wo alag....

We were on our way to ahmedabad from Shimla with our 2 pets , so had to take a break at Jaipur, this Hotel on the highway was great treat , with excellent hospitality and good food and good people , thanks for the management for accommodating us with us pets , would recommend it to other families...

Rooms are tiny. Only one full size towel in bathroom, no extra towel or face towel. The wash basin was leaking. I had booked two rooms, one of which was not ready when checked into room.

The hotel has a club in top floor and too much noise in common lifts made by club customers. Not recommended...
