Hotel the galaxy — Hotel in Rajasthan

I wish I can add a negative review. Rooms were unhygienic and unhealthy, full of dirt, spits, cobwebs. Floors were dirty, full of paan/gutka spits (both room and bathroom). Walls were dirty (both room and bathroom). Used bottles kept in the corner of the room from previous customers. Room handed over in uncleaned state, used products from last customer were still present in the room. Bed sheets were not changes, used bed sheets and dirty too. Room walls were full of dirts and cobwebs, unhygenic and unhealthy environment. No drain cover in bathroom. No waster bucket in room or bathroom. Bad behavior of manager at reception. Did not provide breakfast on time even after repeatedly informing them that we had a flight to catch. Looked like they n some other kind of business in the hotel, which is not suitable and...

Though the room was very good, BUT one major disaster is that they have a transparent full wall window in the bathroom ie. One can inside the bathroom from outside ( hence cut the stars). It was ridiculous. So, check for purdah installation before check-in as I am sharing my experience of few months back...don't know whether they corrected it or not... So, beware. The staff, please update the correction with phots on...

I wish they have a negative review. This is not the hotel to stay, it's more worst than a road to sleep. No hygiene, no cleanliness, bad smell coming in room, even if u asked them to clean the room/ washroom, they will not clean it.
