I regret booking my stay at U Connect, Udaipur—an absolute disaster from start to finish! The reception staff and security were beyond unprofessional and extremely unpleasant. They never bothered to check guest IDs, which made us feel incredibly unsafe throughout our stay. Anyone could walk in and out without any verification, and that is a serious security lapse!

The food was absolutely pathetic—bland, stale, and nowhere near edible. The worst dining experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Hygiene was also questionable, and it seemed like they had no proper management in place. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay.
