During the New Year celebrations me and my friends have decided to book the entire property for 30th and 31st Dec 2022 and enjoy New Year Eve. we have book all the 10 rooms.
Unfortunately Google doesn't provide negative rating, or else we would give negative 5 rating for Kesarbagh.
I would request please dnt go after the pictures shared by the property owner.. the property is not at all like its shown in pictures... pictures r totally 2d pictures.
Secondly the staff at kesarbagh is not co-operative at all.. we would ask for a hot chapati then they would tell us that we won't get a hot chapati. jo Hain wo kha lo... we have been served chhas in morning and then when we asked for chhas for dinner the staff informed us that we have served you chhas in morning so we won't be serving you chhas for dinner.. Staff at Kesarbagh is not at all trained...
Thirdly, they use to stop providing hot water for bath post 11 am.. when we asked them they say that someone might have use hot water in Bathroom tub and have utilized all hot water and because of that they have closed down the hot water tap from the terrace itself. so we all have to bath in Cold Water.
The rooms are not at all properly maintained... Bathroom door are also not being closed.
Even though after booking the whole property for 2 days, we have not been even asked what to prepare for food and what not to be prepared. there were no starters for both night dinner. we have to order it on ala carte basis but what we would order they were not been able to prepare it as they were not having raw material with them to cook.
In short this is the worst property we have visited and we have spoiled our New Year celebrations with friends and family..
PLEASE DNT VISIT KESARBAGH OR DNT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE....

We share this experience for this hotel. we have booked 5 rooms with all meal plan for one night. We have paid 50 % in advance. when we entered the hotel, manager denied to give keys of the rooms and very bluntly demanded the remaining amount. we said that we have just arrived and let us settle down first and then we shall pay. still he did not cooperate and we need to call the agent from where we booked it. then we were given keys. there was no hot water in the tabs. to our surprise, expiry milk powder pouches were placed in the rooms. they were even not replaced even after our complain. we requested manager that we will take dinner little bit late. and as expected he denied and replied that we will put the food at the courtyard and then you people eat or animals eat I dont care. now we were loosing our patience. still we managed anyhow. in the night he denied to give dormitory to our drivers and even no blanket offered to them as it was winter season. then we called that manager in our room and then we shouted and asked him to behave like gentleman. but the reply he had given was very very shocking and even I cant write it down here. the hotel industry always looks for the customers who can repeat and replan their visit but we are sure we will never recommend anyone for this property. it is too expensive and not value for money and aboveall the staff has...
Read moreA good property with a very rude manager. Better the property, worse the manager. I would like to share our experience with this unethical hotel manager. We booked 5 rooms for a night with all meals inclusive. We paid half the amount in advance. After checking in the hotel, before handing over the keys, manager asked for the remaining half amount which was not good at all and very unlikely to entertain guests at the entrance. We told we will pay later after settling down but he denied rudely. Then we called the agent urgently. Then we got the keys. Our story doesn’t end here. We went in the room. There was no hot water in the taps and the milk powder kept in the room was expired. And to our surprise, those were not even replaced after informing. After this at night, we went to the restaurant and asked them that we will have our dinner little late. And now not to our surprise, the manager denied. He said that they will keep the food in the courtyard and they don’t care whether we have it or animals have it. That’s when we lost our patience. Still we managed. He even denied dormitory for the drivers and didn’t give any blankets in the winter season also. Then we called the manager in our room and told him to behave properly like a gentleman. But what he replied can’t be written here. The hotel industry should provide facilities so that they can replan their visits but we will make sure that our friends won’t visit this place again.
