Komachi hotel — Hotel in Rajasthan

Couldn't possibly have had a worst experience. I went for a weekend , looked at the rooms , came and stood at the reception to check in but changed my mind and asked the person At the reception NAresh CHaudhary not to check me in. He turned on me very rudely saying that he doesn't care if I stay or not, I will have to pay for a night only because he had to take the trouble of showing me to the room. He went on to say that I won't be able to leave the property without paying. I tried to reason with him and make him understand that because I haven't availed of any services, I am not liable to pay but he couldn't understand and threatened me openly saying that I was in Neemrana and it was not Delhi/Gurgaon. I have never been so disappointed in my life. What happened to hospitality and helping out your customers. For Naresh Chaudhary it became a matter of ego and that spoiled it for us. Highly recommend to place good people in the property because it's them who run the place . It's people's business afterall. • One of a kind hotel. • Was built for Japanese nationals as Neemrana's industrial area has about 150+ Japanese companies. • Amazing and comfortable stay.
