What I thought would be a premier hotel turned out to be a wedding banquet hall. There were two weddings taking place and the guests were making noise all night long in the corridors. Though it carries the name of the Lemon Tree, it's almost an orange tree and has nothing to do with the exceptional management of its other properties. The WiFi didn't work for the entire 24hrs that I was at the hotel, they kept on making excuses and blaming their counterparts in Delhi. Dishes kept outside of the rooms were not picked up for hours on end, I ate an appetizer and kept the plate outside which was still there when I was checking out around 9 A.M the next day. The fridge in my room didn't work as the door on it had been installed upside down after maintenance. Taking a shower was scary as the floor was extremely slippery and the power & plug connection right next to me in the shower scared me like anything, I've never seen anything this stupid being installed anywhere. Why would you need a plug point while in the shower? The hotel opposite this on the road is cheaper and perhaps a better deal than being electrocuted in the shower or eat from dishes rotting in...

We stayed from 24 Dec2022 to 28 Dec 2022. The Check in was smooth. We had Dinner and Liked the food, though some of the dishes were ice cold and the reason was we were very hungry. Next day at Breakfast spread was not good the guy at egg counter took 15 mins to prepare a simple cheese omelet. Now at Dinner - Starters were cold they were understaffed and they were looking at each other to serve. They took pretty good time to serve us the chapatis I asked for 4 and they served two one by one . Food was just about ok. Now The third day Oily stuff aloo sabzi was under cooked no cornflakes and nothing except bread if you prefer English Breakfast. I asked the same egg guy to give me one simple Cheese Omelet after 10 mins the guy disappeared and did not return. So we went out to have our breakfast. Same day at Dinner we waited for 40 mins for them to deliver the chapatis and they did not deliver it until I shouted on them because my kids were becoming restless and I was worried that they might not serve us.
