NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE DECENT FAMILY /OUTSIDERS /FOREIGNERS, NO SAFE APPROACH||||||Would like to review in detail with ||absolute rubbish/Unsafe/Unhygienic room & it's related services experience that we had to gone through post the check out. Some blunders happened by sh. Vishnu Pratap & sh Rajeev. ||||Cons: ||1- During the first day we observed washroom issues which was conveyed and fixed immediately ,but we did not like such surprises when u hv booked resort a month ago. ||2- Need more disciplin in the kitchen , especially when we are consuming some food which is far beyond out tradition and people can not speak the name of the food they are serving to the clients, surprisingly un appreciated. ||3- Feeling of being cheated by the owner wrt the booked amount and taken amount- We booked this resort in 13k per night along with the safari /stay , we paid this amount as decided , on the checkout date today. ||Post we checked out paid off everything extras & tip ,we checked out & ( Kids with family) drawn my car for 3 kms started to travel back to home , have got the call to stop vehicle in the demand of more money seperately for safari (12k). Being in to the other state and considering the outsiders limitation we 2daughter/wife have stopped car some where to the safe area ,near to toll booth). After the discussion we've decided to pay more 9k and recapitulate to left the location in the hope of safe journey back. Aggravate response in terms of SAFETY & BEING OUTSIDERS.||4- Repetitive request was made for cleanness of room and regular services that any customer can wish. No bedsheet replacement ,no room cleaning while stay||5- No shampoo /washer kit/ Hanky/ towel was given for replacement during all the three days of stay.||6- No appropriate check in was done by any staff member during the entire stay/checkout( We understand that during the first day of travell one do not want to ask to undergo with such process but atleast on second third day standard practice should be perform in order to maintain some professional atiquats.||7-Staff people from their front were so aggrasive to ask for tip during their each help and roam around this becomes the pain to even maintain the privacy for which we dive for the holiday.|| ||Pros: Sh. Ajay Singh was very keen in the addressing customers concern but sensing clear feeling of , a one man army can never win.||||However we were alone in the entire resort we felt a sence of irresponsible behaviour & cound not see the safe approach for the outsiders resulted to the spoiling of the...

Read moreFirst of all many thanks to the owner of this property Mr Shaileshwar Ji with whom I had shared my concerns and the issues here we faced while our stay here for 2 nights 3 days and hope the concerns and issues may have been taken care off by now.||||Firstly timings of Bfast, lunch and dinner are bit late. ||Bfast starts at 10.30 AM||Lunch after 2.30 PM||Dinner after 9.00 PM||||The tables in the dining area or say restaurant are not cleaned and the table mats and covers are unchanged for many days.||||The person handling this property does not even care to listen to your concerns or complaints or suggestions and that was the reason I had to call Mr Shaileshwar Ji.||||Bfast you only get stuff paratha, poha bread toast every day, at least we got this menu for our stay of 2 nights 3 days.||||Lunch and Dinner is served with freshly and homely styled cooked food so can say a decent food for which no complaints.||||We had requested the property manager to arrange for the bfast a bit early by 9.30 AM i/o 10.30 as we had to check out and then travel further. We where assured that the bfast will be ready to serve by 9.30 AM but unfortunately the bfast was not ready even by 10AM and when I spoke to the manager he gave me the reason that due to early check out of other guests they had to prepare some food for them so there is delay in preparing bfast , when I checked with the care taker and asked him in the morning at 8.45 that will the bfast be ready by 9.30 he told me yes it will.||||At 10AM the preparations were going on and after which I was forced to call the property owner.||||Rooms in the main premises are bit spacious but the cottages are not that spacious and are bit cozy.||||The two safaris arranged by the property as they where included in the package was very nicely arranged and organized and we did enjoyed it.||||2/5 rating from me for...
