I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Mansingh Palace in Jhalawar. During my stay, my family and I were stuck in the lift for 45 minutes, which was a highly distressing situation. What made it worse was the complete lack of urgency or concern from the hotel management. Despite being in a potentially dangerous situation, the staff showed little interest in resolving the issue promptly. The manager, in particular, was unhelpful and indifferent, offering no apology or even a clear explanation about what had gone wrong.

The lack of response and accountability from the management was unacceptable, especially considering the safety risks involved. It’s clear that the hotel either does not maintain its facilities properly or does not have protocols in place for handling emergencies effectively. As a guest, I expected at least some level of care and attention, but unfortunately, this experience left me feeling neglected and frustrated.

Horrible Customer Service: The service was appalling. The staff was rude and completely unhelpful. Terrible Jain Food: The Jain food was disgusting and flavorless. Soup Disaster: The soup was just salty water. It was inedible. Awful Pasta: The pasta was a mushy mess of flour. It was disgusting. Rude Staff Response: When I complained about the Jain food, the staff said, "Jain food thodi na achcha banega, Jain to aisa hi hota he." This is unacceptable. Egoistic Manager: The manager is arrogant and don’t care about the customers at all. He refused to listen to any feedback.
