Manak Villa - Mount Abu by Stay Monkey — Hotel in Rajasthan

My sister, her kids with their family and myself with my wife stayed in Manak Villa from 5th June to 8th June. Though it has ample space and nicely built property but rooms are ill ventilated and foul odor is there all the time in washrooms. No parking space though they boast about it in their web page. For bringing in the luggage the caretaker charges Rs 100/ per trip. Maintenance of the outdoor is very poor. We have to clean the outdoor sitting area as it was so dirty, filth, cigarette butts, wrappers were lying and even after speaking to the local agent nobody came to clean. We recorded the video and sent it to the owner also. But no regret was there from their side. For their payment they were very perticular but not for anything else. The caretaker was always ready to argue for anything you say. On the day of our check out we had a talk with the owner that we will be moving out at 1 pm instead of 11 am as they had no booking for that day but in the end they made us pay 1000/ more for over staying. You go out on a vacation to remain away from the hassles of everyday but these people ensured that you don't get this wish fulfilled. I would say the attitude of these people was very unprofessional and l will not recommend any acquaintance to go...

Worst experience ever... Parking facility is not good.. we had to park our car far away...we went there with our kiddos one is 9 months and another is year old and we have two more kiddos they are 4 and 5 years... We have lots of luggage with us and care taker said he charged for the same even though the parking is far away from villa our car safety is not there despite of that we stayed over there.. Care taker is not responding... Cleanliness is good Not good for family with kiddos... They don't have ac in rooms We went in summer it quite hot over there.. Kids don't had enough sleep due to hot...
