Highly unprofessional staff. When we reach at the property at about 11:15 pm (in the night), we struggled to locate the property as there were no signage and lights available at the Main Entrance gate. However when I tried to reach the hotel on their contact numbers (both reception and mobile) as provided by MMT,no one even responded. We keep on waiting at the property (which is in remote area) and tried repeatedly to reach out on the hotel numbers, but no one picked our calls. After one and half hour at around 12:30 AM, luckily when two boys reach the property from outside, open the gates and told us the PROPERTY IS CLOSED, we are late and it's our mistake, and as its night time they use to shut the lights in the property. All other Staff resort/property would have been slept as they close the gates at 10 PM (in night). Same story were repeated by the reception guy when we completed our check-in formalities. That was so Surprising and Shocking, in the meantime I also tried to reach MMT but your customer support numbers got disconnected again and again.
After check-in when we enter the room, I requested a set of drinking water glass and set of Tea Cup so that we could have some water and tea at least, but property staff denied the same and told us they can provide the water glasses in the morning only as they have closed the restaurant and the person having keys have gone home for the night.
When I set on the bed, the bedding was not clean and used one, giving the same reason they denied the bedding in the night as well.
When I entered the bathroom for obvious reason, I found few bathroom budys waiting to welcome me, The Centipedes (Red colored Centipede), I tried to call the reception from my room, but guess the Reception Phone was DEAD. So I sent my wife to reach the reception and bring someone in person, and again a new Shock, Reception was locked, and few hotel staff were wandering outside in Underwear and Cut Sleeve Vests. She immediately run towards the room, and tole me the entire thing. Then I approached those guys requested to bring some bug repellent, and Again, after 10 minutes one staff came and the Hit bottle he brings along with him was empty.
Please tell me, DID I PAID FOR THIS KIND OF HARASSMENT AND TORTURE.
ITS A BIGGEST SAFETY LAPSE, AND BREACH OF SERVICE TERMS AND TRUST.
Why you guys have such miscreant places listed with you.

My family had prepaid & booked 2 rooms for 4 adults on 15th July via goibibo.
On visiting this place, it was clear that this place was under-served, no one was available at the reception, No one was available to carry luggage and so on. There were only 2 people on this large property at that point of time.
Looking at poor response, my family decided to not go ahead with the check-in and decided to cancel the booking. My sister had an argument with those 2 people and they also left the reception. There were no one to resolve this issue.
My sister tried reaching goibibo citing the whole incident. They offered no help in this case. We had to write-off 5,000/- and drive to Udaipur, and do fresh booking.
You can refer to other reviews too, owner/management seems to make sadist fun of people who has given negative reviews. They don't value hard earned money of customers.
They seem to have tried and tested modus operandi in place to drive-away prepaid customers with poorest service possible, and pocket all the money without service.

Despite making the payment, my booking was not confirmed, and when I contacted the resort, they were completely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue.
