From the moment our team arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism that set the tone for our entire stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was meticulously handled, allowing us to focus on creating a memorable experience for our contestants and guests.

Held marriage of my daughter here on 23/24 Oct , 2023 . Hotel was fine but their event company on panel gave us nightmare. The hotel quotes three companies on panel . Two never showed up in person so could go to only Mr Prashant . But Mr Prashant was available for discussions only till he received an advance and then he was “ too busy “. In the end we were left with no choice but to agree to everything he said . His team he sent for discussions either used to turn up blank or kept giving reasons to be absent . The first shadow he provided to the bride used to disappear time to time and next one practically fought with her . Imagine ! Only after my daughter threatened to call police that Mr Prashant intervened. Rest of staff was also not efficient. Decorations were not to the level we had verbally agreed upon ( Mr Prashant never provided us with a list of jobs and props along with their charges although we kept asking till the last moments . There was no contract provided to us . ) . On top of it he took full 100%payment before Nikasi of baraat after threatening that he will cut of electricity and water unless he receives full payment then and there . We had no choice but to comply.We had to make full and final payment before marriage function was held . ( bill made as per him and double of our budget ) . Later we learned that he did the same with grooms family too and had extracted full money before wedding.Very unpleasant experience. Later we learnt that we were not the only ones let down by Mr Prashant Suggestion : If anyone is thinking of holding a wedding here , bring your own event manager and pay the hotel their cut . This money will go from your pocket to the hotel in any case I am sure . Wish we had inquired about the hotel before finalising it...

I had my wedding here in the month of October. The property is beautiful and the service and food of the hotel is also good. However we faced serious problems with the empaneled event agency of this hotel. They did commit fraud and extort money from us in the form of blackmail on my main wedding day and did their best to ruin my wedding (I don’t know why). This agency was called “P A India” which is run by Mr. Prashant. He had very rude staff who literally fought with me (the bride) for small small things, didn’t take care of travel arrangements or guests properly. One of his workers literally shouted at me just 1 hour prior to my wedding function. They gave me very bad female shadows/assistants. Seemed like they picked them up from roadside and got them in uniform on the main day to serve as shadow to the bride. The shadows were useless, rude and ran away halfway through the day. They then scrambled to provide male shadows - to the bride !! I would not recommend the property or the event management agency to anybody else wanting to get married here. It’s too much trauma and disturbance for your special day when you deserve to be pampered. Icing on the cake was that they gave us a bill which was double of the our estimate and budget which was all agreed in writing and verbally many times but Mr. Prashant threatened my husband and father to clear the bill otherwise he will pull down our mandap. That’s proper money extortion for you - so yeah avoid this place for your wedding like the plague !

After enquiries, post my wedding, we got to know many other wedding parties have faced similar fate at this property with this event vendor. Really bad !

P.S: this vendor also has several legal cases against him from what I know. Pls avoid...
