Rajdhani Tourist Motel — Hotel in Rajasthan

Stayed here in the month of Nov 2017 when I visited Kotputli for a commemoration ceremony of a martyr. I landed at the Jaipur airport and took a 3 hour drive to the hotel. "RTM" as it is popularly known amongst the local is located bang on the NH8 from Jaipur to Delhi. The hotel has ample parking space and good infrastructure. It has a restraunt, a bar, a fitness centre and a lawn towards the back of I'm not wrong. The only place worth staying in Kotputli. Even big politicians and ministers when they visit Kotputli stay here. Food is good, hygenic, tasty and quantitative. I had food twice here. Very third class service

Just only one singel person who is gate keeper Is taking care of hotel at whole night

Not any responsible person to get solution of customer

No hot waters in room at any time

No hot milk availabel for children at night

Rooms are smelling very bad

Not proper cleaned bathrooms

There are cockroaches in bathroom

and smelling also very bad

Asking about extra pillow, not given

Dirty room

Asking for hot water in morning they told us to come down and Bath in general bathrooms

No manager no any cleaner no any sweeper

The best place for everything like eating, staying, celebrating parties and drinking wine etc. The best place of kotputli area though the prices are some higher in compression with another Restorent and hotels due to GST collection by every customers, The taxes which are collecting by Rajdhani Tourist Motel on Breakfast, lunch and dinner must be exempt From taxes or GST. because it's in justification with the mankind A hungry person eating meal & he paid tax(GST) on that food. Is that correct ? We appeals to central/state Govt. Pl reconsider regarding this...
