This was a good place but poorly maintained. Employees’ behaviour was pleasant, but most were untrained. Except for these two, I experienced nothing to appreciate from cleanliness to amenities. There were a lot of issues like:|1. A lot of plastic waste such as disposable - used food plates - spoon - forks, used water bottle, alcohol bottle covers, empty alcohol and beer bottles and other plastic waste scattered all over most of the lawns. |2. Previous day marriage party waste was not cleaned until the afternoon.|3. Swimming pool was not clean like they have not concerned about it.|4. Flies in the reception area.|5. Utensils in the dining were old and scratched plastics. |6. Bathroom and hut were stinky, towels were quite old, and blankets were washed it seemed. |7. TV was out of order. The freeze was there but no plug to power it. Only one power plug can be used either for freeze, TV, or kettle. Electric not available in the room, however, they provided on the request.|8. Despite a lot of activities. it was obvious that they were not taking care of routine sanitization for taking care of COVID19 spread.|9. Other activities equipment and indoor playroom were out of order. No activities are available for small kids.|10. Not adequate watering of places were shown in the pictures, rather most things were dried up and housing mosquitoes to spread the diseases such as malaria, dengue.|Sad is that most of these issues can be addressed with minute efforts and training of...
Read moreLocated on the foothills of the Aravallis the Treehouse Raj Mahal resort is okay with family and friends. Located on the busy Delhi-Jaipur highway the resort is easy to locate and is about 1.5 hours from Delhi. The property is huge with modern version of cottages and a building with rooms. |Room sizes are very good and so are the balconies which is quite spacious. Tip: select the back side facing rooms overlooking the hills. Room service is good. There is a lot of scope for more greenery and scenic landscaping. The swimming pool was clean and there is an extended one for small children also. There is no sitting arrangement or shade near the pool. The changing rooms do not have towels and costumes. Take your washroom towels with you if you want to take a dip. The Pakwan restaurant offers multicuisine recipes but at exorbitant prices. Please improve on the portion size. The breakfast spread was good but very oily. They had no muffins, croissants and cakes which small children usually have. The menu was mostly fried snacks like break pakora, vada, puris, etc. Vermicelli upma was too oily. Introduce some healthy options like dalia upma or stuffed parathas without oil.||Activities - they have a snooker table inside the lobby area, the table tennis and kids play area is inside a hut which was dusty, dirty and was smelling plus the heat. Not a good idea to check out this place in April. They should keep some more options...
Read moreClarks Inn or Treehouse RajMahal..I don't know exactly is the name, this property is huge but badly managed and maintained. Mainly used for marriages so if you are going for a weekend and there is a marriage, be assured your weekend is spoiled. Staff is very cold & seriously needs training in customer handling. They were least bothered with our check In/Check Out/Luggage/Food/Well being. Rooms are average and only those on 2nd floor come with a view. Cottages are spread across the property and are better. Water is the rooms is served after refilling in Bisleri bottles. Buffet meals are very basic and was served cold in both breakfast & lunch. All the recreational activities like TT table, Snooker etc are in depleting condition. For other activities like Burma Bridge, staff told us to get approval from front desk 1st !!!! i mean seriously !!! Defiantly not worth the money they charge. Please find some other resort for your weekend. I was here on 8th-9th Feb 2020. p.s. those giving 5 star here, please check those reviews. Many of them are just copy paste and is just there to increase its rating. I too fall prey of...
