Ram Nivas Hotel — Hotel in Rajasthan

True scene hotel Ram Nivas exceeds my expectation, this is a budget hotel with luxury facility. Wonderful location on highway and have a hill view. The hotel very clean all over, clean floor, rooms, beds, toilet, towels, bed sheets, everything. Room and bathrooms are specious enough and have LED TV AC and hot water facility too. Above all there was a separate dressing place, and an extra single bed for baby, what our little daughter like the most.|I had booked one deluxe AC room for two days via bookingdotcom, we reached the hotel at around 12pm, and all are tired in a long drive, they allotted the room immediately after checking identity proof, we took some rest and then call restaurant by intercom for lunch, but they ask to come down in dining hall as they serve only tea and breakfast in room, my family was too tired so I requested manager in intercom, he agreed and we had our lunch in room, when we went out for local sight seen the manager actually make our schedule to cover maximum spots in two days, for 1st day we take an auto at aprice of 600Rs, ( arrange by the hotel) and we visit city palace, Chetak smarak and museum, lake pichola, lake fateh sagar, sahelyon ki bari, mansoom mahal from a distance. That auto was a great relief for us, as some places roods are too narrow, crowded and less availability of parking spaces. At night we had our dinner in the ramnivas dining hall, food was too tasty, |Next day early morning we went for eklingji, nathdwara, haldighati and kumbhalgarh. We came back at night, take tasty dinar, had a comfortable slip, and next day early morning left hotel for Ahmedabad.|Few bad experience, parking place is on 1st floor, on top of restaurant, and there is a stiff slide, not easier to park the car, in our 1st room water drop from ac, so they allot another room, that was even bigger one, but there was unnecessary...

Room Check in time 9:30am , I would came at 10:30 am but room cleaning that time running, He can adjust another room for luggage stay temporary, I had agreed. After 12 noon waiting for my room take me but he didn't charge it. After I had lock room my luggage in this room. After I would visit in City palace. After 2:30 pm he can called me & he told Misbehave language discuss. He asked me why did you take the key of the room, that room is not yours, I said if it is not mine then you should give me my room, he said it took time to clean so it took time then I said I had to go to see the city palace so I left my luggage in the room and left. So the manager said why did you lock the room and go where will my other customer come here, I said adjust it with that customer as you told me to adjust, shift to my room till I come. Then he talked to me in a bad manner and started threatening me, he said give me the key later otherwise vacate, when I came back to the hotel in half an hour the manager had gone somewhere. I talked to his other staff and they talked to me as a good person and the new thing was that no new customer came. We are a group of 10 friends who recently visited this hotel on January 20th. The hotel is situated near the Railway Station but is a little far from the main market. However, if your budget is fixed, you can freely choose this hotel.

Pros: It is only 1km away from the Railway Station 🚉. If you are with a group of friends, this is the best budget hotel. The staff is responsive. It is situated on the main road. The front view is awesome. 24-hour hot and cold water 💧 is available. The hotel cab comes to receive you from the Railway Station to the hotel 🏨 (FREE).

Cons: If you are looking for high-class facilities, this hotel is not for you. Tourist places are a little far away...
