When guest are click there memory , get iso certification and all staff under this parameter . Specially name and different uniform so that guest recognize the unit , welcome guest services I can't see , that is very important part of any resorts, and when guest checkout we take the rivew , but if provided some momentum of runthumbore very little way I think guest are impressed. The property is beautiful. Exteriors and reception area have been tastefully done to give a Rajasthani architectural feel. There are a lot of open spaces in the property, with a couple of large well maintained gardens to take a stroll, play badminton or cricket, or simply sit down and relax while the bonfire keeps you warm. Rooms are very comfortable, and equipped with all amenities that one may need. To name a few are clean bed and linen, large Android TV, electric kettle, iron and iron board, electronic safe, toiletries in the bathroom, 24 hours hot and cold water supply etc.
They also score well on in house entertainment. They have magic show post breakfast, complementary evening tea, coffee with cookies and pakoras followed by Rajasthani folk songs performance. A bangles vendor also puts up a stall during evening tea time.
They have an in-house multi cuisine restaurant as well. You can choose to visit the restaurant or order room service. Food taste is pretty decent.
All staff members are very courteous and always willing to help and make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. I would specially like to thank Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Anshul for helping us right from the time of booking a room at this property to guiding us for local sight seeing and finally helping us during our extended stay at the property when they got to know that our onward journey has got delayed by few hours.

Read moreEverything except Mr. Dayaram, the food and beverage manager was good. I went for breakfast and after I was done with it, I was handed over a bill to sign. I asked the wait Mr. Himmat that isn’t the breakfast included? He said no. I then called Mr. Gaurav and checked with him, he said you have a room only booking without breakfast and the waiter must’ve informed you before serving breakfast that it is not included. I said no, he did not and then he said I’ll check it with the staff. Upon checking out when I questioned the bill, the front desk called the waiter and he straight up started lying that I informed you before serving the breakfast. When I told him that you are lying, Mr. Dayaram jumped in saying “Sir aapko pata hoga na ki breakfast included nahi hai. Ab khaya hai toh paise toh dene padenge.” I told him I did not know, and the waiter did not inform me either. He kept arguing over it. At last I paid for it which I shouldn’t have. I ordered food for lunch, used their spa service and paid for it because I knew these are chargeable services, I wouldn’t have questioned the breakfast bill too if I was informed that it is chargeable. Me and my wife just had a very small portion of breakfast thinking it was complimentary but eventually had to pay for it because of the waiters lie. Rest everything is good about the property. People like Mr. Dayaram can spoil anyone’s experience at the property. He should be taught how to talk to their guests, he was showing as if he owns the property.
