Registhan Desert Camp — Hotel in Rajasthan

We visited this place for desert safari on evening of 10th November 2022. We were initially quoted Rs. 3000 which the host said would include camel ride, jeep ride, traditional rajasthani dance and food.

On reaching, only tea was served. Post that we took the camel ride for about 1 KM, and then we asked for jeep ride as promised by them. But for that they asked another additional Rs. 1,500 for the jeep ride. Reluctantly, we agreed to pay since we were anyways there. However, the jeep failed to turn up even after waiting for more than 20 minutes. Finally, frustrated by their attitude and behavior, we returned back to the camp. We paid the full amount of Rs. 3000 and returned back to our hotel in Jaisalmer.

Even if you do go here, it is advisable you clarify with them and make sure what all will be included in your package so that later they don't charge...

Thanks for Mr. Megh ( the owner) for offering The best of services. Had a memorable trip with my wife. Ambience is marvelous and sooting! In love with the camp. N specially the stay much more happy as we played a lot with them ! You can gaze stars sitting on the roof. Cultural night was mesmerizing......

Registhan Desert Camp is located amidst desert unlike other camp which r located on the side of desert. Would recommend this place to everyone!...

I enjoyed the trip SO the low score is because one of the drivers attempted to force me (very politely mind) to give them a 5 star review on Trip Advisor (TA). He asked for my phone, logged onto their TA page, selected a 5 star review, handed back the phone & said 'please, write a review'. Good trip & stay but that's an attitude & approach they need to change...
