Riverarch Greenfields Resorts (Club & Residences) — Hotel in Rajasthan

Recently we visited this place and we were 4 couples, I will review it as I found the property, so that it might help you. 1 Location - It is on the Jaipur Delhi Highway near achrol may be 6 to 8 km approx. And you have to drive around 4.2 km through connecting road. 2.Build up area - The property is established in a quite big area. Once you enter the main gate you will feel that this property is huge in area. Maintainence - We were there in the rainy season and the garden was maintained rooms were of decent size with garden view. Pool was lil bit dirty in morning but on request they cleaned it. As I said rooms were of decent size but the bed was too small, may be around 5.25*5.25. I am around 6 feet tall and I feel hard to accommodate on the bed and for a couple and a small child you will feel.hard to adjust. This was pathetic. Staff- once you move here you will definitely have complain about staff, staff is somehow polite but not courteous and trained and professional, when we arrived they did not even told about the activities later when we complained somehow they console us. There were high tea and foam dance in evening but no information provided even some of our guests did not get their welcome drink. Even the waiters in Marriage party and all do their duties better than these hoteliers. And in morning breakfast we requested them at least 5-7 times about watermelon and tea but they took time and after so many reminders they did not inform or serve us rather we had to check it on our own. Infact in breakfast when we asked about banana for our daughter of 1.5 years old they said it has finished. I was like seriously! As I have never come across like this situations. 5 .Swimming Pool - Pool was not very big and had depth around 5.25 foot maximum. And could easily accommodate around 20-25 people. You can also check about the images we shared. Food - Food was kind of ok ok. Do not expect much. in the dinner the menu was vegetable soup, dal fry, paneer, vegetable kofta , raita, lacchha paratha, naan , tandoori roti, brownie and vanilla ice cream.And In breakfast you will have fruits mainly banana, aloo paratha, bread and butter. Butter's brand was Nova( Have not used any other butter than Amul). Muffins, tea, juice , idli and sambhar, pakoda. That is it. Not too tasty not so many varieties so can exclude while booking. Complementary water bottles were of local brands. Activity Area -: not to big, in a tiny room there is table tennis, and billiards table. And other than this archery shooting kind of games. But the garden area was.good.

In the last I would say that near by Jaipur in around 35-40 km this property was well located, food might be not up to.mark but manageable, otherwise we enjoyed our trip and in booking amount somewhere between 3300-3700 for two including breakfast and dinner you may feel worthy. Else depends on your preferences and budget but when we were there there were atleast 15-20 families. Might be more than that. If you find it worthy...

I am still staying here and that too for last 8 months . I would not recommend this place for reasons given below

The supervisor and the management staff is lousy and irresponsible towards customer needs .Talk about food and they won't have most of the things displayed on menu .Even food like Rajma isn't available most if the times and reason cited is not available in market. You will have to make peace with four items prepared by then...dum also, mixed veg, kauai chairmen and malai Kofta irrespective of the season or day you visit here

2.The day they have more than expected guests , be prepared for a long delayed services..Every Friday they hire new kitchen n staff and then you have to break your head with them and by Monday they are already gone . 3.The day they have gathering exceeding 40 ton50 people , wifi from previous or already staying guest if disconnected and when you asl them about it , you are told by Mr Rajkukumar, the supervisor , that because there are other people in resort, you won't be provided the internet and mind it ,this disconnection can go beyond 24 hours

4 Their staff will come asking to sign bills when you are just entering or taking a evening walk in campus .They won't bother otherwise when you are easily available and free to do the needful

Electricity keeps on shutting off for more than 20 times in a day and these people wait for Electricity to resurface and keep on waiting for long before they go and switch on powerbackup

Horrible Experience – Unsafe and Unwelcoming

We recently stayed at River Arc Greenfield Resort, Jaipur, and it was one of the most horrible experiences we’ve ever had as a family. We booked the resort expecting a family-friendly environment, but what we faced was the complete opposite.

Upon arrival, we found that the entire resort had been booked for a finance company event, and we were the only family staying there. This created an eerie and uncomfortable atmosphere, especially for a family with a pregnant lady and a 5-year-old child. • The restaurant was closed, leaving us with no dining options or support for a family with special needs. • There were no family programs, kids’ activities, or basic hospitality as promised in their advertisements. • The resort staff seemed indifferent to our situation, and the whole setup felt unsafe and unsettling.

This was not just disappointing but also a terrifying experience for our family. A resort should never accept individual bookings when they cannot ensure a safe and comfortable environment due to private events.
