The hotel would have been really nice twenty years ago, or so, but it seems that it has been left untouched since then. The staff tried hard to simulate the service of a “proper hotel”, however it seemed rather unrehearsed. The room was of a good size however rather dirty, we were glad we brought our sleeping bags! The staff were pleasant but there existed a significant language barrier between us. Breakfast was served in their “restaurant area” in which the majority of tables had large yellow curry stains strewn across. The location was also not ideal, seeing as we wished to visit the famous Chittorgarh fort, and we found that most TukTuk drivers would refuse to drive us there or ask for hugely...

We booked a room after watching good Photography of the hotel but trust me, if you have kids along, better to choose anything else. Not recommended for family guys. Food is okay. Bad smelling rooms and poor room services.
The staff is courteous and helpful, after your frequent calls, you will get your rooms clean. Little away from the fort. If you don't have your own vehicle, There is no frequent mobility towards fort.

During check-in, every meal, check out, when I needed something he was there ready to help. We left a celular battery at the hotel and Bhupendra brought it to the train station.
