Serene Aravali Resort — Hotel in Rajasthan

This is the worst experience I ever Had. Hotel is located outside the city, where no proper mobile signal, No cab facilities available I came to check-in at 2200 Hrs with my Parents ( Senior Citizens ). Booked 2 Rooms through OYO ( as they have a tie-up with OYO ). Prepaid the amount to OYO. However, they denied the rooms stating that its prepaid reservation through OYO and we do not take prepaid reservations and I have to pay directly at the hotel. After speaking to the reception, waited 10-15 minutes for the manager as he was having his dinner I tried explaining to Manager for 30 minutes, Spoke to OYO but they mentioned they can't provide me room unless I am paying directly to the hotel. As it was midnight, No cab facilities were available, parents were tired after a long day. I agreed to pay them directly instead of having a pre-paid reservation. After getting the Rooms again the second episode of horror night started in both the Rooms TV wasn't working. In one Room TV was giving an error that set of Box is not recharge & in second Room TV was not connected. It took 30-45 minutes for them to fix the issue. There was no AC remote in the room As it was a long day, we were very tired thought of ordering food from In-room dining, however the same was denied stating that food is not available after 22.30. as per the website, in-room dining is 24 Hour's that was the reason we did not have food while coming to the hotel. Got Rooms on double occupancy but only one water was provided and minibar is empty. The bathroom and cupboard condition is pathetic, No hangers in the cupboard. No towels and toilet paper in the bathroom. There are no basic bathroom amenities

This is the worst experience I ever had, I am not sure how this is 4 Star resort. They should provide proper information on the website. As a guest, we can't suffer because the hotel has issues with OYO, they part of OYO as they should honor it. If food is unavailable after 22.30 they should not mention they have 24 Hours In-room dining facility. in case they are not taking prepaid reservations they should inform the customer before check so guests should not suffer the...

Serene Valley Resort, the property is gorgeous. The rooms are delightful for a raw resort feel. But it wasn’t a delightful stay I’m going to tell you what all went perfectly wrong and ruined the trip. We called for tea it came after 1 hour 15 minutes. We had three rooms - One room did not have the TV Remote, Second room did not have the Tata Sky Remote & Third did not have the AC REMOTE. - We called for the AC Remote atleast 10 times, cause it was at 17 Degree and chilled. All the way thru. But all night even after screaming pleading no one came to give it. Finally we had to remove the key so the ac would shut. We had Pool villas - private pools all three rooms there was no water in all three we checked in at 3 called 4 times till 6 no one filled it. We went out for a drive when someone finally came to fill in. When we came back at 8 still the water wasn’t filled. They left filling the water as we left. And finally we screamed at someone and then they put a pipe to fill ONE pool. The dinner - MISERABLE. The breakfast - Okay-ish. Could eat ( we did have to go out to get some tea as the tea was horrible ) The Swimming pool - have you seen those pools which have been used by 100’s of people and not cleaned that was is. That’s how t was ( yesterday - the day we checked in - we did not go swimming as there was a private event - 2 buses full of youngsters were here they used the pool - which by the way is outside the resort crossing a path. ) we thought they might clean so we will use it on the day we are checking out and guess what it was thick water - if you know what I mean. The pool is rented out to outside crowd making it used by triple number of people. But Zero Maintenance and no towels provided there. It was an experience we wouldn’t...

It's actually serene away from hustle and bustle of the city., Eye- soothing and the first step into the place just blews away the tiredness. LOVABLE CHIRPING SOUND OF BIRDS. Acres and acres of open land, it is breathtaking to take a walk at. Everything was so clean and upto the mark , the ever smiling and courteous staff makes you feel comfortable and happy. Romantic ambience and aesthetics Serene Aravalli is a Class , enjoy morning walk or evening sunset scenes. WE HAD TWO DAYS OF STAY BUT SERIOUSLY THE QUALITY FUN WE HAD INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE TENT ROOM WAS AMAZING SPECIALLY THE MACHAN AND CUTE PETS ZONE. EXPLORED THE WHOLE RESORT AND THE OWNER OF THE RESORT IS VERY KIND AND GREAT TO TALK. Live like a king and experience especially after dark when the entire place bathed in the light. Luxury blend in nature... Thoughtfully made to give guests an awesome stay and memories to cherish and cool outing place for kids. Fabulous service was quick and responsive , impeccable staff members and hospitality they are all more than professionals and helpful & friendly by nature. Food was delicious.
