Shakti Resort Behror — Hotel in Rajasthan

This is related to booking id NH210643826107 .I had booked a cottage though your makemytrip site at "Shakti Resort, BEHROR, 133rd Milestone, (NH8), NH8 Behror, India" .The booking was for 15 -17 august, 2014.||||Unfortunately the hotel "Shakti Resort" was unable to provide me the cottage and makemytrip could not provide me any alternative accommodation as well.||||This resulted huge inconvenience for my family which includes a 2 year old baby. No only our family outing got spoiled but we were left starved and finally had to return back to our home since we could not arrange any other accommodation. ||||The most disappointing fact is makemytrip sent me the email/sms as well as a hotel voucher saying||||"Kindly note that your booking is confirmed and you are not required to contact hotel or MakeMyTrip.com to reconfirm the same".||||So, I did not call the hotel for confirmation and headed for the resort. And when I reached the hotel( 5 hours after booking) , i was informed by hotel personnels that my booking is not confirmed and they can not help me to find any other similar accommodation. This is ridiculous . you send a confirmation voucher and then notify that booking is not confirmed. I can understand if the notification comes within hours. But, it came after 5 hours. when I am already on my way to the hotel. This is totally unacceptable.||||There is one more twist in the whole incident. when I was forcing the hotel guys to honour the voucher, they offer me a cheap executive room( 5, 642) at same price of cottage( 11, 285) . they would not refund the extra amount I paid for the cottage. ||||||Moreover, the resort was not up-to the mark... looks more like a dirty unhygienic roadside hotels||The hotel personnels as well seem untrained.. and they kept us waiting for hours and then asked us to leave when we did not succumb to...

Keeping in to this in mind the foundation stone of Shakti resort was laid in early 90’s so that it would full fill the hospitality needs of their company executives and the travelers who want to break their journey at mid point on there an route to Jaipur. It is hardly 120 Km. from Gurgaon

My recent stay at Shakti Resort accompanied by my childhood friends was absolutely unforgettable. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles from the staff, who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The resort's owner, Mr. Mohit Sharma, took the time to personally welcome us and ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. The attention to detail and level of care provided by the owner and the entire staff was truly remarkable. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible food. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was 10/10. Overall, our experience at Shakti Resort was exceptional. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, it is the perfect destination.
