🚩WORST STAY EVER This was the worst stay i had ever have. The owner definitely does have some not sane mental state of mind, he is extremely impolite, rude, vocally abusive as well as physically (speaking from personal experience as he pushed me). The staff does not have any sense of personal space as the workers here will barge into your room without any knocking. The safety for a female as well is questionable because the locks on the doors are broken. They do not provide you with any facility they might have made a promise of and when you wuestion them in regards to that they will definitely try to gaslight you and say that you must be the insane one. The quality of the food was the worst as well, you ask for something else and they provide you something else. No hot water facility for bathing, the geysers are just for the show when the time comes they suddenly stop working. They charge you extreme amounts for the nothings provided and then will assault you and your family members which definitely includes him threatening you and your family members, also he poses himself as a police officer, an esteemed position which he uses to loot the civil people off of their money. He along with his neighbours will hoard you at the counter until and unless you pay the amount how ever much so it may be. As a guest to the place i felt extremely humiliated, frustrated and helpless because of the situation. I am just writing this whole experience of mine just so people would be aware of the scam he has been doing as the majority of the so called good reviews and ratings of this place are just as FAKE as the fake personality of the owner. I can't recommend this accommodation.||Backpackers should stay away from this accommodation. ||It was the worst experience I ever had. ||Before arrival the accommodation gave me a false confirmation for Safari. When I arrived, they told me that it's not possible and I have to stay longer.||Scam on Safari prices. Scam all on other offers. ||They told me that there is no street food in the village. I need to eat there. Of course there was licak food. ||No hot water in my dorm. ||No wifi in the accommodation.||I had to change the dorm on the second day to another one even the price was same and the hostel empty.||Mouses in the common area. After telling them I got the simple answer that it is normal. ||No working water in second dorm.||No working lockers in second dorm.||No toilet paper after asking for new roll.||Seems like they are two bosses. One of them confirmed the not existent safari and tries to scam a lot. The other one is kind and tries hard to arrange things, with him it's possible to negotiate a bit better. It takes a lot of mental power with them.||It could be really nice stay cause it's at the nationalpark. The common area is really nice designed and arranged. There is a lot of potential with right management....
