The Q Villa — Hotel in Rajasthan

The place is good overall and so is the locality but it is a bit outside the main city and the main problem is the management. The management is not at all co operative and are rigid with thier norms even if the customers are in position to follow it or not. We had paid advance for 2 days but due to some issues we were planning to stay for 1 day and as we were tourist when we reached the location we had wait outside the villa as they were not opening it just because we did not pay full amount for 2 days. Even after we explained our problem and situation they weren't opening the villa as well as refused to repay the advance ( advance paid was the amount required to book for 1 day's stay) which was not less but they were rigid with their terms, so at last we had to pay for 2 days. The management should understand the problems of tourists and should not be so rigid...

I would not recommend at all for staying in this property. We were with out the electricity for more than 16 hours in 24 hours. We had a baby of 6 month with us and we conveyed our message to owner for providing atleast a basic room elsewhere having normal facility(lights and fans) , he was not at all cooperative and asking for more money to provide room in this crucial condition.
