During my recent trip to udaipur with my family and friends, we booked this villa for a 2 days and 2 nights stay which was a terrible experience. Starting with food, Food : 1/10 : First of all food prices are too high as per the taste and quality as we have to skip second dinner. An average dhaba food is too much good then the food provided in this villa.
Room : 1/10 : As we paid too high for these rooms as the geysers in two of the rooms are not working, so even we booked separately, we all had to use a single bathroom for bath. The glass wall with sliders in one of the rooms has no lock. If the room is locked then you can enter in the room from the side wall sliders. So don't worry if you loose the keys of your room then also you can get into the room.
Services : 1/10 : For the first night stay the weather was too cold so we wanted to ask for extra blankets as two couples are staying staying with kids, but when we tried to call the person who is the looking after this property and also providing all the Service was not attending a call, and when we tried 2 or 3 times, they switched off the phone and we had to adjust with only blanket provided when we checked inn.
Safety : 0/10 : We were stopped by a local rowdies (Residents of same location) who were drinking on our way to villa (about 1 km from villa) as they were asking us for the money to enter bur somehow we managed and reached at villa and tried to call the people who are taking care of services, they did not answered our call.
Location : 7/10very good, surrounded by greenery and nature.

Disappointing Stay with Numerous Issues
My experience at Riverside Estate Udaipur was far from pleasant. The overall stay was marred by various issues that made it both uncomfortable and unsafe, particularly for female travellers.
Upon entering the room, I was dismayed to find evidence of mice, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. The presence of rodents is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any accommodation.
Attempting to sleep for the night proved to be a harrowing experience, as the conditions in the room were far from ideal. The discomfort caused by the mice, combined with other unspecified problems, made the night unbearable.
To make matters worse, the owner's attempt to rectify the situation was disheartening. Instead of addressing the issues at hand, they offered a mere 200 INR discount in exchange for a positive review. This approach is both unethical and unprofessional, as it attempts to manipulate feedback rather than genuinely improving the quality of the establishment.
