Modipur Hotel — Hotel in Rampur

A very basic hotel with very good service. Nothing to mention but good hot showers and monkeys outside when you wake up. If for some reason you get stuck in Rampur, why not stay here. I think it is the better of two hotels available in Rampur. And if you get the chance to take a tuktuk or cyclist, or bus it is a truly rural experience. The areas around are worth exploring as well as the town. With friendly people and a menthol factory. If for any reason you are here, why not. If you are a typical pure vegetarian and you love Indian delicacies, then look no further. Anytime I get opportunity to pass through Rampur they are the only choice without any second thoughts. And they have never ever disappointed. The food has lots of green vegies, all fresh from the farms with best of the ingredients & spices, my god I am just loving it. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in my entire life. The toilet in the hotel was not working. I went to the room. The toilet in the room was also broken and no one came to even fix it. The ground was big for wedding. The conference room did not have any exhaust and was completely filled with smoke during wedding. Overall very bad hotel considering it's owned by Modi group. It cannot be compared to modern days...
