“Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place!”

We had a dinner get together with family at Ranny Gate Hotel which was an absolute disaster. The food served at this hotel was cold and caused a severe stomach infection to everyone in our group, including the kids and grand parents . It was a nightmare dealing with vomiting, diarrhea, and discomfort. Few of us were supposed to travel to UK the very next day and it was such an unpleasant journey and only because the flight got delayed, they could catch the flight.

The hotel staff showed no concern or accountability for the food safety issue. Instead of addressing the problem, they were dismissive and unapologetic. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when children’s health is involved.

If you value your well-being and your family’s health, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Worst hotel...

Me and my friend went to this hotel and a fish biriyani, fish curry meals and one fish fry was ordered and we had to wait for some 20minutes to get these things. When we waited, we had hoped we would get a readily cooked tasty food. however, to our utter dismay, we got the worst, cold food we ever had. The fish in the fish biriyani taste old. There was an old oil's taste in the fish curry and the 'modha' fish fry tasted bad. I couldn't even complete the fish biriyani as it was damn spicy that my eyes and nose started watering(I like spicy food, and shappile food, but this food was made like they had some enmity towards us).

So bottom line, I don't know about rooms, but food- if you have any other option, run to that...

today at abt 1pm i went hotel rannigate to have lunch.one gentle man came to enquire whether order for lunch was made,then he send a waiter to take orders for me. astonishingly, the guy who came said it will take 1 hour,for any lunch in lunch time....i felt that they were denying , my food...took the matter with the receptionist..for which she felt sorry...and apologised...anyone who wishes to take food from here...should.. in my opinion ...should have a call withthem atleast 2 hours prior to time..so that waiters can decide when...
