Nakhrali Dhani Resort & Marriage Garden — Hotel in Rau

We planned a school picnic for our students at this place and later realized that it was the worst decision of taking the children over there. We are so dissatisfied with their complete management and their staff too, these people were so unprofessional and least bothered to give attention towards our words. I personally went to the authorities for some information regarding activities for children and the plan for our next week's picnic of senior students. I was disheartened by seeing that the authorities (Specially Mr. Narmada Prasad Tiwari) who just ignored us, instead of listening they were just engaged in their own work, chuckling with each other and taking no notice of two ladies standing in front of them for more than 10 mins and looking for someone to pay attention towards our concern.

Such behavior lead us to cancel our next week's picnic for our students to this place and they were incurious to that even. I have mentioned at the same time that because of such an attitude, we are not interested to bring our students to your place next week, and they were not bothered by that. The whole staff, all the activities were worthless of this place. I have visited this place many times earlier but this experience was the worst and made me very clear to never visit or recommend this to any other school or any person. We are taking students to picnic for many years to many different places, but the management at Nakhrali Dhani was really bad.

Also, during the booking time, we asked them the count of schools for the day we planned to visit there and they specifically told us that they plan for only a few bookings on a single date. When we went there we were shocked to see the rush of 5 schools together with over 1000 students at the same time excluding our strength of 450 students. That made the place so unmanageable, and too much crowded. Our whole staff got tired so early while managing the students and the children also didn't enjoy all the activities. The disco area was full all the time, they have animal rides which were free, else everything was chargeable. There was no activity for the children to explore better. The place is worthless, a waste of money and time. The casual attitude of the management there clearly showed that they are happy if you don't visit Nakhrali Dhani. Being in the competitive business of hospitality, we really don't understand how they are able to run Nakhrali Dhani, We think the owners should look into the working of their staff who do not care for customers which should be the utmost priority for them being in the...

I visited this place but seriously not happy.because I already visited this kind of rajsthani place in India but this was very dirty, cheap and wrong place. I want to explain wrong thing - 1.) Price is 550 only for food dancing place or magic show. 2.) If want to do any ride for 2 min also you have to pay everywhere and for small snaks also you have to pay. 3.) Food quality is very worst and the waiters behavior is very rude. 4.) If your baby is 2 year or 3 year and height is more then 3 feet then also charge is not free you have to pay 375 and if your kid is 4 or 5 year and height is 2 inch extra from 4'3" Then you have to pay full charge 550.Age not matters for them. 5.) Cleaning is not there toilet are very dirty water cooler place is so dirty like public toilet and there is not disposal glass facility. At waterpark place no water in washrooms. I won't recommend to any of my friend for this place.

The very good thing is just the magic show the magician's behavior is like he really wants to give happiness to everyone. From bottom of the heart he is performing, and I am 1 star...

Nakhrali dhani...the best place to make your day full joyful and happening, there are various things for fun to do here , this is a place you can go with family you can go with your friends or your partner There are a alot of things to enjoy. Like when you enter here in morning they welcome you there are various swings and more activities like - horse ride,camel ride , puppet show,magic show, etc They have fully Rajasthani culture they will entertain with there various kinds of dance and stunts ,they also have game room a disco,and water disco also they have swimming pool with slides with full facility of lockups costumes and changing room about food it is just so delicious and with the best quality with different varieties They also offer unlimited जलजीरा Other then that there are various stall for pani puri,bhel ,chinese many more which you can get them by purchasing coupns,also there are 5-6 shops of various accessories and clothes for shopping The charges are 490 per person it includes the entrance and food for swimming pool u have to pay 100...
