I stayed at JS Hotel Souvenir for four nights and was truly blown away by the hospitality, kindness and professionalism of the entire team. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. The standout feature of this hotel isn’t just the comfort, cleanliness or location it is the people who run it.

A heartfelt thank you to Sandeep Panwar, the hotel manager, for his calm presence and efficient leadership. He made everything seamless and stress free, no matter what requests I made.

Special appreciation to Virender Rawat, the bar manager, whose energy, attentiveness, and warm smile brought such life to every morning, afternoon and evening. He clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows in the atmosphere he creates.

To the bar staff, the service boy and every single team member thank you for your helpfulness, humility and genuine care. Your hospitality made my stay feel safe, supported and full of heart. Your patience and your attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

And I can’t leave without mentioning the chef. I’ve never tasted better food in my life. Every dish was bursting with flavour, obviously prepared with such skill and love. Truly unforgettable cuisine that made my entire experience five star.

Dehradun airport is far from the city of Dehradun. We had a super early flight from Dehradun and figured if we could sleep somewhere near the airport, it would save us time in the morning. This is the hotel that was recommended to us. It was unexpectedly good, in many ways. Our room was very comfortable. The bed was very good...and that's important in a hotel. The place was quiet. The shower was pretty good. Now some negatives that kept this hotel from being "great" for me: 1) no shampoo in the container in the shower. The body gel left my hair feeling terrible. 2) there was a shortage of toilet paper...and no extra rolls that we could find in the room, 3) we asked for a taxi at 5:45 am to get to the airport. The person at the desk, who may have been sleeping, didn't seem to order the taxi until just before 5:45. That all worked out, but it seemed less than perfect.
