Hotel Kanha's Palm Springs — Hotel in Samarda Kaliyasot

DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE BY CONDUCTING ANY OF YOUR FUNCTION HERE. There was a wedding ceremony on 21.11.2021 of my sister at KANHA PALM SPRINGS, BHOPAL. It was a 2 day event from 20.11.2021 to 21.11.2021. Our package included breakfast, lunch, hi-tea and dinner. At the evening of 21.11.2021, two of my relatives started suffering from vomiting and loose motion and when they did consulted doctor, they were diagnosed with Food Poisoning. Soon, this number increased and on the morning of 22.11.2021, it reached around 45-50 (as far as i know). The condition of some of my members worsened so they were admitted in hospital where they were administered medicines as a part of treatment for food poisoning. Due, to such a massacre, my entire family suffered from mental harassment even during the lifetime event of wedding that too of my sole sister. At the time of lunch on the afternoon of 21.11.2021, we had to ask the manager and other staff of the Kanha Palm Springs to refill the food. Infact, we also asked them to replace 2 of the items as pathetic smell was coming from it. This instance shows the negligent and lackadaisical attitude on the part of the administration of Kanha Palm Springs, Bhopal. They ruined the entire function of sister's wedding and instead of having a good meal (which was expected from their end) my entire family is forced to live on medicines. Kanha Palm Springs, one word for it FANTASTIC, this is very best one can offer as an all in one package which has a fantastic hotel for accomodation, theme park, water park and multiple gardens and venues for functions such as marraiges.

The staff of palm springs hotel is very efficient and helpful, willing to help with a smile. All of them were very impresseive and helpful straight from security guards to reception, restaurent and room service.

The rooms are very well maintained, very clean and interior is well lit with clean bedsheets, towels etc. Room has a big tv, mini bar, electric kettle with tea / coffee pouches etc.

Washrooms are amazing with bath tum, glass shower cubicle. Hot water available 24x7.

Parking is not an issue. They have a massive car parking. So its not a problem.

The complimentry breakfast they served was very amazing, tasty, and quantiy was proper. Quality of the food is A+ along with the taste. Staff was very cooperative and expressed their willingness to serve very well.

Rates of therooms are according to the various categories, you can book directly or online through various websites.

This property is highly recommended if you wanna enjoy you weekend or festivals. Book atleast for two days, you will also get 2 passes for theme park per room.

We booked Kanha Fun City to host my brother's wedding on Nov 23rd and 24th, 2021. They seemed professional and good to work with and the rooms were nice. We were building a good opinion on the place, until the day of the wedding.

After the wedding rituals and meals were done, we returned to our rooms. My mother came into the room but suddenly entered the bathroom and started vomiting. My auntie asked for medicine for stomach ache which we gave her, returned to our room, and went to bed. I started feeling heavy in the stomach, and ended up vomiting violently over the next 3-4 hours. We were going through a case of food poisoning.

In the morning, I felt better but others were not so lucky. Multiple friends and relatives reported vomiting or stomach ache and some even had to be taken to the hospital from the endless vomiting. People reported symptoms for multiple days.
