Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away!

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The reception was manned by a drunk staff member—a shocking and completely unacceptable sight for any establishment. The rest of the staff was equally non-cooperative, rude, and utterly unprofessional.

Hygiene and cleanliness were nonexistent. The rooms were filthy, and the so-called "extra bedding" they provided was in a disgusting, unhygienic state (see pictures). Hot water was not available in the bathroom, and to top it all off, they served tap water in reused bottles—a serious health hazard.

To get something as basic as a sealed drinking water bottle or hot water, we had to personally contact the ownership, which is absurd. This hotel is clearly run by people who have zero regard for guest comfort or safety.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. It is a complete disaster—unhygienic, poorly managed, and downright unsafe for health.

The worst Experience so far in this Hotel for Marriage reception. Please don't book this hotel for any function or ceremony or event . Worst rooms, worst management, worst 😭 experience. Dirtiest rooms, no AC is working, no water. If you book then you have to face the consequences. Purely lazy unprofessional staff. No one is there to hear you or your relative issues. What they say at the time of booking is too different what you get at the time of event. Purely Surprise. I would rate it to less than one

The rooms are spacious and good but the hotel needs some serious maintenance. Outer looks are good but inside haven't found one positive thing to say.
