Capital O Basera Resort — Hotel in Sikkim

Titli resort is a hotel with homestay quality food and accommodation. It is not a resort by any stretch of imagination. Agamlok is a very desolate area. We had faced inclement weather and powercut lasted for a whole day. No hot water was available and temperature was extremely low. There was no power backup or any plan or interest from the management to sort things out. The management seemed uninterested in the comfort of the guests. The bedding wasn't changed in room 201 on Dec 28th 2021 at the time of check in. Lunch was served at 3 pm on the day of check in, despite them being notified of our arrival time well in advance. Overall, we had bad experience partly due to bad weather, but our stay wasn't helped by lack of cooperation from a disinterested manager and overworked staff. The rooms were small but reasonably equipped with mixer taps, good geysers and heater on extra charge. Overall this was more like a trekkers hut experience. If you feel like you are geared up mentally and physically to stay in a trekkers hut, please go ahead with it. The area is offbeat with no crowd and the views are excellent, as expected. This is unsuitable for family who want basic service, comfort and facilities. We have seen many good reviews on the internet, so I am sure some people had good experience. The pleasent fresh nature and resort's hospitality is the best in it.We spent 6 full days there with full of life.Afterthe arrival to the resort strangers turne into family of Titli resort.And the accomodation is just waw.So I will recomend all the visitors of silk route please at least for once stay there and experienc the real guestship by them .Specially Indranil sir Arijit sir and offcourse all of the officials are very trustful and caring about the visitors.They gave us the best support at the time of the disaster in October2021.
