My friend and I stayed at the Hitaishi Homestay for a day during June 2019. It was an amazing experience, to say the least. Gauri didi (the owner) is a gem of a person and ensures that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Located amidst unparalleled scenic beauty and a view of the mighty kanchenjungha, Hitaishi home stay has a lot to offer. For starters, during our visit the owners were kind enough to give us a grand welcome even at midnight, when we finally reached the venue. From an authentic nepali breakfast, to a full course lunch and on top of everything the exquisite service that Subhojeet and Sudeshna had to offer was beyond our expectations, They even arranged for live barbeque on hoursâ notice to cater our spontaneous plans. I will always be thankful for the effort people at hitaishi put in to provide us that perfect vacation and the homely vibe. I would strongly recommend all fellow travellers that if you are in martam donât miss out on the experience hitashi...

Also the beauty of the place was worth a thousand dimes. The journey to the homestay from the main road is again tiresome as you have to climb a good height to reach there, but the majestic view of the nature from the location of the property melts your heart away and also make your tiredness go away. The warm hospitality by Mr. Subhajit and a fine dining cooked by Mr. Prasanta made our stay more cozy and awesome. In short, the stay at Hitaishi homestay was a gem due to two reasons; one being the majestic view of the nature and the other being the warm hospitality by Mr. Subhajit and...
